The end is nigh...
The siege of Feinster successful, Nasuada continues her steady march towards Uru’baen. Roran continues his attacks on enemy supply wagons. The elves under Queen Islanzadi work to conquer the cities and towns near Ellesmera, determined on joining the varden near Uru’baen. Eragon and Saphira stay with the varden, lending their power to the seige of empire cities. There are still eggs left over from the mysterious appearence of the copper dragon, some for the varden, some in the empire, and others still lost in the wild.
Two months after the siege, strange rumors have been heard. Giant footprints on the islands, immense shapes flying in the sky, the unnatural roars of beasts wise in years. Most interesting of all is this; The ancients have returned. After listening to these rumors for weeks, the varden have gained clarity with the arrival of an unknown massive dragon and long lived rider. “We are from before the fall”, the rider claims, “and others are returning. Sides will be chosen. The end is nigh”. Along with the emergence of the ancients, a delegat from a distant land also arrives. The land is Ismalia. The ambassdor, Tenal Ka, travels Alagaesia to learn more of the land. Will Ismalia take up arms and ally themselves with Surda? The battle for dominance continues in Alagaesia. Who will win? Fight for the varden or take up arms for the empire. Whatever you do, fight, fight for the fate of Alagaesia!

The Beor Mountains A large cluster of mountains which conceal what used to be the Varden headquarters. Dwarves have villages throughout these mountains.
Remaining Lands Other villages, wilderness. Also, the biggest lake, nearly in the center of the country, is called Gildor Lake. The Gildor River runs to the sea near Kal'stein. The other main river, Freedom River, flows into the Great Forest.
