OOC: lol, we definately need more on Kaylay...and Tismri, too. lol.
Marola continued to sit by, watching the fighting. She saw a short elf jump into her box with a flaming sword, killing anyone in his path. Rauthr crawled from her lap to her shoulder as she stood and drew her sword, ready to block any kind of attack at her. She murmured the ancient language word for frost, and ice laced her long blade, thick enough to counter-act the flames of his sword.

OOC: Classic, fire versus ice.
Jerat paused for a second and looked back at the stadium, having heard, faintly, Hiei's shout. She narrowed her eyes and looked at Matthias. Wait in someplace hidden.
He stopped short and twisted the bolts from his knuckles. "What dost thou plan on doing?"
I don't know. She dismissed his rejection with a flick of her tail. All I know is that you are weary from your abuse, no matter how you hide it, and I don't want any unwelcome visitors later on.
Go, she urged when he looked ready to follow her.
With an angry grunt, Matthias tossed to Jerat a small parcel they let him keep and a good-sized stick. Then he turned and ran into the wilderness.
Jerat morphed, opened the parcel and put on her clothes. Then she assembled her staff and ran back to the stadium. I refuse to kill any unless I must, she vowed. But there are ways to knock your opponent out for many hours.
With two leaps, she perched on the stadium wall with her feral eyes and watched the fight. She turned to some town people near her. Leave, she urged. Help all the innocents out of here. Go.
They looked around wildly, but took her advice, spreading the word quickly. Then Jerat caught sight of a soldier escaping. She watched him go languidly and turned to find Fayr and Hiei. Hiei was about to attack a young woman with red hair and a black streak who gave Jerat the impression that she was someone important and had great power, possibly some daughter of a nobleman in Galbatorix's court, and Fayr just slaughtering like a loon.
With a sigh, she crept unnoticed through the crowds until she was behind a guard getting ready to attack Fayr. With a powerful stroke, she cracked her staff over his head, knocking him out, checked her staff for injury, and went on to the next person, being careful to stay out of reach of the men until she knocked them out.
I hate gore, she sighed.

occ:Yeah I talked to Backa a couple times and she says she'll post but she never does.
Fayr slaughtered the guards like a loon. And boys was he having fun. They looked into his eyes for mercy but only found death. He handed each blow evenly and cleanly so that no unnecessary pain was given out. His senses lapsed for a moment as the fun got to his head and he didn't feel the attack from behind. He turned to Jerat and mustered a quick nod before he continued to kill. He had only ten to go but more reinforcements were coming and being luckily enough to see over their heads he saw the short half elf near a girl. **************************************************************************** Hiei grinned at the attractive female. His pearly white sharp teeth flashing in the light. "Little princess do you really want me to mess up your pretty little face? None of the other boys will find you pretty will your face cut up. Assuming I let you live!" Hiei paid no attention to her icy sword since he was pretty confident that the ice would do nothing to a full blown fiery explosion. He was more interested in the tiny dragon slithering on the floor. Its green scales glittering, yyet not as bright as they will be.

OOC: yeah, she's pretty busy. She can only get on every other day, and when she does, she's got tags all over the place.
Marola raised an eyebrow at the short elf mocking her, a smile curling her lips. "Believe me, I have fought much worse than you," she told him, "I doubt you have ever been challeged to hand-to-hand combat with nine experienced soldiers before, three of whom could use magic while you yourself could barely do anything with it. Now I am not so hindered." She made another spell so that whatever she touched would immediately freeze solid. Though she did not relish the idea of touching a sharpened blade, she was well capable of doing so, and with minimal injury. "And I also doubt you have dueled with a child of the Forsworn."

Hiei watched her with a bored look as she talked about her skills and accomplishments. It was fairly obvious she was a member of the court before she proclaimed she was a daughter of the forsworn. That little tid bit was a surprise and Hiei grinned as he considered how foolish the girl was to give him info that people would pay so dearly to have. Oh his purse would be heavier by far. When she finished he rubbed his hand through his hair and because he couldn't control it mocking laughter cut through the air. Hiei doubled over and it took him a few minutes to stop. She had no idea what he had done in his almost thirteen decades of life and by her looks she was around her second decade. "I have killed more people than she would see in a day and a quarter of them could use magic. Don't tell me of your accomplishments foolish girl I've had to struggle for survival ever since I was born. I lived on the streets making my way up the line of thugs beating them all in your so called hand to hand combat. I who was thrown out of my homeland and had to live as an assassin for a century and have been payed by your dear king a dozen times to end the life of one of your petty nobleman friends!" Hiei's face was contorted with rage. Talking of his life brought back horrible memories no one should have experienced. He almost felt like ripping off his bandanna and his sword came close to slicing it but he controlled himself. He whispered a few words and suddenly his blades weren't the only thing covered in fire his entire torso and legs were. "Come and fight a real killer!" He would burn this little girl to a crisp.

Marola's eyebrows shot up slightly at the tiny elf's complaints. The complaints about his life may or may not have been exaggerated. Either way, she really didn't care. When she saw him make himself into a fireball, she first threw a spell of fire sheild over herself, then aimed to throw a frost spell at him. From her shoulder, Rauthr took off suddenly and landed on the guy's head. He may have been small, but he was already fierce and would do anything to protect Marola.

Hiei was bout to finish the girl of when when something fell on his head. He shook his head vigorously, but when it started to cling on and claw into his hair he lost control. The fire around him enveloped him completely taking the dragon along with it. His bandanna started to burn but he didn't care. They were going to die any ways. He started to mutter a long and complicated spell and his voice resonated with dark maliciousness. From the fire dark lightning arched around and sizzled as it was imbued with acid. When the spell finished no shield would protect this dragon and its rider."You fools will realize the power of Hiei Three Eyes!"

OOC: hmm...that's getting awfully close to god-moding...there has to be a way for her to defend herself...
Rauthr squeeked audibly and flew off the elf's head and retreated to Marola. Marola heard the spell he was saying and worked to counter-act it. She wouldn't allow herself to die here. Her determination was masked by a look of complacency. She gathered all the magic she could muster, letting out a counter-spell that would reflect what damage he did to her back on him, so they would both die if he tried to kill her. "And you, Hiei Three Eyes," she said, letting her spite for the name ring out, quietly but clearly, "will now learn what it is to ignite the wrath of Marola, daughter of Morzan."

occ:Yeah it would be if I didn't have a plan and this was all a part of it!lol. See I know what I'm doing. Hiei grinned at the little girl and was about to shoot a bolt at her when a figure jumped in his path. He snarled and was about to throw it through the obstruction and then kill this Marola, but it was Fayr. His flames died down and he swore. "What are you doing this girl is probably part of the reason you were in those forsaken fights!" "That doesn't matter we will leave!" Fayr didn't want this guy who had just helped him to kill this woman. Especially when he knew special forces were coming. "You don't control me!" Hiei was furious but this was the one person he couldn't hurt. He shook his head in discuss and with speed more than anyone should have he ran from the box and was hopping through the crowds nd vanished from the arena.

OOC: hmm...shoulda seen that coming. lol.
Marola watched as the other elf lept between her and Hiei and somehow convinced him to turn back. She couldn't hear much about what was said, but knew that the elf had probably just saved her life. She released her magic surrounding her and slid her sword back into its sheath. Rauthr stood behind her, still prepared to leap to her defense at the last moment if necessary. "I thank you, friend," Marola told him, pulling her hood over her head as she prepared to leave.

Fayr knew for some reason that Hiei didn't attack and it seemed that it was his presence. He shook his head and knew that he was going to be pondering that for some time. "Wait, I did a favor for you could you do a favor for me?" he turned around fast and his silver and gold eyes searching for hers. A warm chill came from his body trying to put a calm force out.

Marola turned back to face him, the shadow of her hood hiding most of her face, allowing only her hard, piercing blue-green eyes to be seen well. She held back a shiver as her eyes met his completely unnatural ones. "That depends on what that favor might be," she said icly.

Jerat made her way around the stands, making sure that everyone was getting out at an organized run, before looking for the tall elf, and the short black-haired halfling. She spotted them fighting/talking to the young woman she noticed earlier and decided to make her way over there. While leaping across the much emptied stadium, she noticed Purfell on another strand of stands. She paused, caught his eyes, and grinned. Then she continued until she stood by the edge of the box the lady was in to listen in.

Fayr matched her gaze with equal fire. He wasn't about to be put down by a dark gaze and icy tone. He stared into her eyes his silver one hardening over like ice while the golden one burned with intensity. "You'll know when I come and ask for it." He thought this was a fare trade off and since he always seemed to be in prison or something this girl might be able to help. With that he nodded a good bye and started to head out the way Hiei went.

Jerat pressed herself into a shadow as Fayr passed and waited for a few minutes to think over what she'd heard. Many interesting things happen around here, don't they? she asked herself. She looked in on Marola, wondering what she would do next.
