Fayr lay with his legs crossed in the shade of the corner.His breathing even and light as he cleared his mind. He pushed away the thoughts of his punishment and his jail cell until he was totally calm and peaceful.

"Get up you bum,"one of his usual guards yelled into his cell minutes later as the sound of boots beat against the stone.The tiny squad pulled up to his cell and after a few words they opened his cell door and ordered him up.

Fayr slowly hopped up and walked out of his cell happy to be away from it.They formed a circle around him and started to quickly walk towards the exit. Fayr quickly took of his hood when they got outside and breathed in his first real gulp of fresh air.

They reached Nasuada's tent in after a few minutes of marching and where he was handed off to the Nighthawks.Fayr smiled as he slipped his hood back on wanting to hid his face for the annoyance it would cause her.

One of the Nighthawks walked into the tent and announced his presence and came back and said,"You can be seen know since Nasuada's meeting is over."

Fayr walked into the room with the guard following and waited for Nasuada to address him.

[Trinn]

Her hands clasped before her, Nasuada regarded the man brought to her. He seemed calm, together, and really quite confident. She saw potential in him. Standing from the chair she had been sitting in, Nasuada walked slowly to stand before him. Keeping her face smooth of emotion, she asked, "Explain to me why you have been placed in jail. Make it thorough."

Fayr flashed a grin from under his hood and answered,"I am amazed they didn't inform you earlier on what happened as it would seem I would lie to make my punishment less or different."He grinned the took his hood of and his unusual eyes locked with her,"I walked into the camp and one of your wizards and some guards wanted me to have my mind checked.I refused."

He stopped for a moment and a chill seemed to come from him and the nearest guards shivered."They wouldn't take no for an answer so they thought to force me.I easily beat the wizard and the soldiers,but more came, and even though many are injured they subdued me and brought me to a cell."

After his story finished he took his eyes from her and surveyed the room quickly in case a fight was needed, but he quickly turned back to her."Was that thorough enough?'

As the mans eyes met hers, Nasuada could see the honesty in them. However, she could also see the strength of will and determination, mixed with a deadly certainty. Goosbumps rose on her arms as a cold chill drfited across her. When he finally looked away, Nasuada shivered with the cold. When he turned back, she was still again. "Yes, quite thorough. However, I do not know if I can trust you. After all, you wouldn't let my magicians into your head." She spread her hands wide in an unoffensive gesture. "You must understand. Such acts are neccessary for the safety of the varden." Nasuada let her hands fall. "If you cannot let us see just a little of your mind, of your true intentions, then I will have my men escort you out of the castle, and away from the varden."

Fayr tossed his hood down with a shake of his head and grinned."Of course Nasuada I will let you see a small portion of my mind but only a small portion."Fayr didn't like anyone near his mind but this was necessary.

[Trinn]

Nasuada narrowed her eyes. "You will address me as lady, good elf." Having said that, she gestured at a cloaked figure near the back of the room. The man swept forward and bowed first to her, then turned to the elf and inclined his head. The magician held out his hands, palms towards Fayr. He spoke in an amiable tone. "Don't worry, I'll be gentle. I will extract only the most crucial information." Closing his eyes, the magiciaion reached towards Fayr's mind.

Fayr smirked at her,"As you wish Nasuada."
As the magician came into his mind he was met by strong barriers.Fayr streamed information out;he showed him his half elven heritage,his ability to fight,and his history with jail but that was all.
