The sun slowly rose over a small crest in a group of hills a little while away and some noise could be heard from the town about twenty mile away. Milo waved his hand in front of the small pool of water and the vision blurred till nothing was there. He had been to Surda decades ago and only once so he had been able to view some parts but not many and not the ones he wished he could. "Well its time to meet Eragon."
His vest billowed slightly in the breeze as his bare feet lightly slapped agianst the dirty ground and a small dust trail followed behind him. He ignored the sticks and rocks that cut into his skin. He had gotten use to the pain and he loved the feeling of the land between his toes. It set him closer to the land.
A couple minutes later he was only a mile or so away and closing quickly. He took out his wine skin and took a swig before placing it back and taking his staff off from his back. He lifted it into the sky and whispered,"Garjzla." Light blasted from the iron spreading out and crackling as it continued and it seemed like it was the source of fireworks. He knew he would be alerting the guards but he wanted to alert Eragon too. "Come on!"
Hey you! Stop right now!" A group of guards pooped out of the sand like some type of desert daisy while other came around from the side of the city trying to cut him off.
"Sorry but I can't!" Milo waved at them as his elven speed quickly put them in the dust yet they still followed behind with all haste as some weren't just humans and tried to catch up to him and some were closing. he might have to fight some off if he was to get to Eragon as quickly as possible unless the rider got to him first.

(Uh dude u might want to put this on enimies meeting. Eragon's with Nasuada and hes not about to come out after a lone elf)

OCC: You can be in two threads at once.
Kana's hair flowed around her as she walked towards the gates of Surda. She and Zirath had planned to take a two-day trip to get away from everything. Even though their plan was just to go to Lake Tudosten. Her heart skipped a beat as she thought of it being just her and Zirath, the only love in her life. She smiled, feeling Zirath brush against her mind.
Are you excited, Little One?
Of course, Zirath. It is torture not spending time with you.
She continued walking until she heard yelling, then the sound of boots beating the paved streets. She quickly jogged over to where she caught a glimpse of a young guard with his hand on his helmet, trying to hold it on his head, while gripping his spear with his other hand. Kana smiled slightly, then hid behind a blank face. She took off at a run after the guard, wanting to see what all the hustle was about. She quickly caught sight of a man running down the street. Squinting, she noticed pointed ears...
An Elf!
The thought disturbed her, not being very many Elves in Surda. She took off after the male Elf, quickly passing the guard she had seen earlier. Zirath brushed against her mind again.
What's going on?
There's an Elf running through the city, and from the guards. I don't know if he means harm or not.

occ:Well hurry up and get someone out here!
Milo started to whistle during his elven run. He looked back quickly and saw some guards still behind him. He waved his staff back at them trying to tell them to stop chasing him. Of course no one payed any heed. He shook his head slightly annoyed that he was either going to have to hurt the guards or lose them in the streets they called home and knew better than he. He turned again to see if he had a third option and suddenly he saw a......... female chasing him down and by her speed an elf. She wasn't wearing any armor and didn't look like a guard so he decided to take his chances.
Milo turned from viewing her and decided he should bring this confrontation to another level. His eyes quickly found a house with a small hole in its bricks and in a flash he took his staff and through it through the air. The metal staff hummed audibly until with a crack it slammed into the hole and started to wobble slightly. Milo kept on running until he was a few feet away and then he jumped catching the staff and using his momentum he swung and flipped himself into the air spinning until he fell and landed gently on his staff.(like those gymnast do? I don't think I explained it right.) He knew he was being a little to showy but it was always good to impress your foes and have them be wary of your skill. With a wave at the elf following him he walked his staff until he was on the roof of the building.

Gimli heard about the elf long before he saw him.
"Back in my day we didn't destroy public property while runnin away from the athorities!" he grumbled to himself. He saw where the elf was heading and positioned himself in the middle of the roof. He knew a little magic and decided that when the elf came running he would light the top afire. as the man came atop the house Gimli made that part of the roof so hot it turned cherry red.
"All right," he growled loud enough for the elf to hear," what are ya doin runnin amuck? I'm here on the Rider's behalf and I don't think Eragon would like ya doin this sort a' thing."
He eyed the elffrom under his bushy eyebrows.

Milo felt the heat on his feet and turned to the deep voice of the dwarf below him and gave a cheery smile and wave. The heat was uncomfortable but like the monks' teachings he had studied all pain could be taken into the boy and made into a strength." Just bring Eragon out oh kind dwarf! Oh. and if you look around I didn't destroy anything."

He chuckled. The elf was causing all this raucuss to tlk to eragon!

OCC: Wait, so how did Milo get on the roof?
Kana blinked a couple times at the elf's show, then slid to a stop. She looked up at the elf and the dwarf on the roof of the house, then slid her tongue across the roof of her mouth, making a clicking noise. She quickly reached out with her mind, finding the sticking out bricks in the building, then jumped with the power in her legs, jumping off the first brick, then jumping to the second, then, finally, to the third, pushing off and landing on the roof of the building a couple feet away from the elf. She directed her gaze on the man, forcing herself to speak. "I need to know, are your intentions good, or bad?"

occ: I know I couldn't explain it! You know how in the Olympics people swing on the bar and then let go and just flip through the air and then fall on the ground standing up? Well Milo did that except using his elven strength got even higher and landed on his about one and a half long staff.
Milo nodded to the dwarf showing he heard but then he turned his full attention to the female elf a few feet away. He smiled and moved his hand in customary elven greeting. " Lady my attentions are always good. Oh and if any of you need to know the name is Milo." He smiled down at the dwarf and then to the elf women again waiting fro them to take the hint and give their names. He then waved again but this time behind the female elf to the guards who were coming to circle the little building. "Wow I think I'm famous!" He jumped around and waved happily his vest whipping around in the action.

Gimli called to the gaurds.
"I'll take em from 'ere. The boy wants to see Eragon." he motioned to Milo. "Well follow me."
He jumped off the building and used his sheild to cusion his fall. He jumped back up and began to lead the way."

Kana returned his greeting, flattered by his notion by it. She gave him a brief smile. "I'm Kana, Rider of Oh-so-mighty Zirath." She watched as the dwarf jumped from the building, then gave Milo a curious look. "Eragon? What is thy business with him?"

Milo smiled happy to meet a rider before Eragon and an elf at that! "Well it is wonderful to meet you Kana the noble Rider and partner of Great Zirath and if you must know I am meeting Shadeslayer because it is my duty to become his adviser and bodyguard." Milo yawned and put on a pained expression when he said,"my duty" though he still had a smile on afterward. "I guess I have to follow Mr. Dwarf so I think this might be adieu." He waved though instead of running after the dwarf he walked past her and got his staff out. "Almost forgot." He laughed and did a back flip off the house landing nimbly on the ground and jogged after the dwarf.
