Jeff Williams, Red Like Roses Part II: Pretty accurate description of how Marola felt when her father died; also how I imagine Cortell would feel if she ever died.
Jeff Williams, Forever: I think this song would be playing as Saenon died. Also for any character who lost someone particularly close.

Three Days Grace, Animal I Have Become- I really think this song fits Eladan just because of his sometimes bestial nature. That, and he knows what's happened to him and wants to escape, but he isn't sure how to do so. He refuses help from those who truly care due to the hurt they caused him in the past, lashing out at them like a cornered wolf.
Naomi Scott, She's So Gone: This song fits the character that I want to transform Varda into. Right now she's withdrawn and quiet, but she wishes to be strong and independent, proving that she overcame her past and the challenges that she faced.
Christina Perri, A Thousand Years: I feel like this would be the theme song used if Lucian ever found someone to love. I was listening to it and thought about that.

Jeff Williams, Time to Say Goodbye: The current plot, particularly the next generation of Riders.
Jeff Williams, I May Fall: I can't help but imagine an epic battle with this song. Maybe the theme of Glory's rescue mission. Makes me wish I could animate already!
Skillet, Good to be Alive: Again, our young Riders. Particularly the ones that are friends and spend a lot of time together.
Skillet, Not Gonna Die: Another battle theme, particularly if there are couples involved.
Skillet, Circus for a Psycho: Hmm...I have ideas for this one. Multiple ideas, actually. But mainly, it's probably Sachi's theme.
Skillet, Madness in Me: Actually, this could provide some depth to Katriana. The real Katriana, beneath the Shade, what remains of the Rider.
Miracle of Sound, My Revolution: If my plans are followed closely enough, this is a good representation of the path Cortell has been set upon.

A few tracks from Xenoblade Chronicles are just too awesome to not acknowledge.
You Will Know Our Names/Those Who Bear Their Names: This is good for battles not directly involved against the Shade Army. Upbeat with the knowledge that you can defeat your enemy and gain fame through it.
Confrontation With the Enemy/Engage the Enemy: I'll more or less let your imagination take over with this. Find a thread with a lot of good drama. (The Alarming Sound is one of my favorites) Read through it, then think about the events and listen to the track. I think you'll find that it is quite suitable.
Unfinished Battle: This is more suitable for fights directly against Katriana&Co. I'd like to imagine this is a battle theme for Marola's kids. Also for some reason, stormy weather comes to mind...lol
Mechanical Rhythm: Well...same as Unfinished Battle, except on a larger scale. More like Katriana vs the world.
Agniratha (day), Valak Mountain (night), Sorrow: These are all somber themes for a variety of individuals in a number of situations.
