Tia bounded away, so that she could sit in a tree and still watch. ***** Amera sat, her black robes rustling against her blue skin. "See this." She commanded. "I have found an old scroll, it contains writings in a language I, nor the Elders I have told, have never seen or heard. But it does have translations." OOC- This language, I'm going to use Gaelic because it sounds mystyrious, and not too many people know it nowadays. "Tread Mochreidgh Crytmadh" She chanted, and a black flower grew from the ground immediately, the petals engraved with a crow emblem. "That took no energy, but the results of these spells are always black if you use it to conjour. Now you try?"

"Tread Mochreidgh Crytmadh," Jaygon said quietly. A black flower grew from the ground instantly. Just like Amera's flower the black petals were engraved with a crow emblem. Jaygon was surprised it took no energy but there was a different feeling. Something that he had felt once before. "That scroll. May I see it in my study?" Jaygon asked. "You can come along if you want."

"Of course." Amera searched her pack for the scroll, and waited for Jaygon to lead the way.

"Follow me," Jaygon said walking back towards the grand building to the west of the training fields. Jaygon got to the doors but didn't open them instead he stopped and turned to his right and walked around the corner and stopped again. "You have to realize I'm trusting you a lot in showing you this. Don't tell anybody what you see here," Jaygon said placing his hand on the wall. He said some words that didn't sound like they were from the Acient Language.
There was a rumbling sound and a light came at a point about two feet above Jaygon's head. The light split and formed a circle with a line down the center. Two strange symbols appeared one on either side of the line. "Tia might recognize this symbol," Jaygon said. The circle split in the middle as the wall slid away revealing a hidden entrance. Jaygon walked inside, "My study is at the top of a staircase at the far end of the hall," Jaygon clapped his hands and lights from torches revealed a grand hall with strange drawings on the walls and other ancient looking artifacts were on display around the room. "Welcome to the new hall of the Islingrs which tells our history and the history of the riders."

Amera's eyes seemed to pop out of her head. "Wow... As an archaeologist, I can really appreciate this." She said. "Amazing." She unrolled the scroll with a flourish. "Here. It's in Gaelic, according to the translations. The Druids used to use it." ***** Tia was about to follow them, but Nula pulled her back. No, it is not for us to see. How would you know? Nula just grumbled.

Jaygon looked back at Tia and Nula as he took the scroll, "Are you two coming? If you are hurry up." Jaygon turned and began walking down the huge hall. As he walked passed a set of artifacts the seemed to glow. "This scroll and the words on it seem familiar to me somehow. That tells me this magic is not for ordinary people to know." He reached the staircase and began walking up what seemed like hundreds of stairs. About half way up he looked back, "Sorry for the climb, but my study and the hall had to be as separated as possible as well as be connected."

Amera nodded, her red bangs bouncing. "Don't worry, I get the same thing back in the mountain-trees."
Tia bounded over, skipping into the room with a massaive smile. She followed the others up the staircase. "Why does that symbol seem familiar..? I know it from somewhere..."

Jaygon kept walking up the stairs, "You probably remember seeing it from another place that has been lost from time, Tia." He reached the top of the staircase which seemed to be a dead end. He began to feel the wall as if looking for something, "Where is it? I can't believe I've already forgotten, that's not like me," he said a little frustrated. One of the stones on the wall began to glow, "Ah, here we are." He placed his outstretched hand on the stone feeling a strange warmth from it and the wall slid back revealing a well lit, high study where there were levels upon levels of books and artifacts. "Welcome to my study. I must apologize for the design there is only one small stair case leading to each level of the study. I hope you understand that I really designed this place for myself, and I don't usually have visitors."

"That is fine," Amera said, vaguely, "My study is worse, cluttered with books and traps." She turned to Tia. "You must be miss. Ptolemey." She said, watching the other elf closely. Tia started. "How..?" She stepped back, wary. "I know a lot, I have spent some time studying the history of Gramericie. It is nothing to worry of."

Jaygon swiped his arm across a table knocking whatever books the were on it off and putting the scroll on top. He turned around swiftly and began to rifle through the books on a nearby bookshelf. "While I try to find the volumes I'm looking for, please make yourselves at home. Feel free to browse around I have a very... unique collection," Jaygon said still looking through his shelves. "This is going to take forever," he mumbled. "I wish I had made a way of knowing which were where."
ooc: Sorry or really late reply I've been very busy.
