lol, I think we're all in agreement there. lol, I freak my family out whenever I read the next to last chapter, when Galbatorix possesses Murtagh, because I end up going "EEEEEPP!!!!!" and they're never heard me make that noise. And I can't even tell them why because both my sister and my dad are reading it. lol.

Its sad though that she can't talk to Eragon in a role play so she can think about it but can't talk.

Yeah, I am, actually! It just proves that she's more complex than she appeared to be in the other books. I mean, those chapters with her and Eragon really let loose on her character. Plus, there were so many allusions to their relationship among Roran and Katrina's relationship, like the boat she made, which floated away from eragon and her and appeared before roran and katrina. I haven't figured out if that meant Eragon and Arya's relationship as a couple was futile, or that it meant itself as a mirrored or parallel to Roran and Katrina, where it would float on and live on forever. Hmmmm....I might have to reread it when I get the time.
Yeah, without Eragon in the role play, I'm just stuck in a onesided long distance relationship! lol. But I like to speculate what goes on in her head and now with Brisingr, it gives me more insight into her. I always knew I liked Arya! Even though some thought she was just 1 dimensional! lol.

Yeah Arya is cool.I always thought that she was kind of distracted or distant in the books untill Brisingr were for some reason Paolini wants to give her some feelings which confused me.

Yeah, it confused me at first, but it started to make sense when she opened up to Eragon about Faloiin (sp isn't right...brain fart lol). I mean, she's been holding onto all these secrets and emotions for so long. I could imagine that she felt alone and isolated without him, and when she befriended Eragon, she was obligated by not only by duty, but as an elf to not expose him to these emotions. She's pretty amazing if you ask me, to last so long without breaking down. And now that it seems like she's starting to show some reciprocation of Eragon's love, she's probably more confused and frustrated than ever! lol
Well, besides Arya, I think I've come to like Angela more and more now. I laughed so hard when she threw a plate and Eragon's head because of Elva. lol. "This is NOT how I wanted to spend the next ten years!" lol.

Elva creeps me out I see no reason for her to even be in the storyline she is to powerful and such a threat vbut i like Angela too.She is funny and isn't humbled by Eragon being a rider.

Yeah, Elva freaks me out to and I see your point, but I have a feeling Elva will be a major figure in destroying Galbatorix, with Angela's guidance of course. Also, looking at her persecptive, I pity her. She's been and experienced so much; who can blame her for being selfish?
I just thought of another thing. If Galbatorix's secrets for his power lies within the heart of hearts of all those dragons, is it possible for all that knowlegde and power to burst within him? A human being can only handle so much, magic or no magic.

Probably but remember you have to draw on the energy. He probably hold them in a special place aka the Rock of Kuthien(sp?) and draws on the energy when need be.

Ahh, that does make sense, and seems the most plausible. I wonder if the Vault of Souls is where some of the heart of hearts are located.
Oh, and another thing, who thought the guy that Eragon met in the Elven tower was totally random? I didn't see the point of that chapter, except to see that Angela knew him. That guy was so crazy.

Yeah that guy was really random and a waste of space. He and those two ladies having their fortunes told best be in book 4. Hey I know I was pissed when the "god" came. I was expecting a slight conversation, maybe a prophecy, dire words, or something but not an image then he vanishes. I was really disappointed. It made me stop reading for a few minutes to wonder if the rest of the books will be filled with disappointments.

I have a new question: what do you think the Rock of Kuthain is? Because when he told both Arya and Oromis about it, they said they faintly recalled hearing about it, but didn't remember where or when.

Its could be an ancient place that the elves once knew of but forgot about especially with the fall of the riders.Galbatorix might have stumbled upon it or heard stories of it and uses it to keep HOHs or something else.Or maybe it has nothing to do with Galby.
