Character's name: Helena Toros
Character's age: 20
Character's attitude: Ladylike at all times when in the presence of her family and noble peers. Daring, coy, and adventurous out of the eyes of nobles. Helena doesn't hate her noble blood, and doesn't not enjoy wearing fancy dresses and attending court. But she does have an adventurous side that forces her to hide herself and go into the city and be someone besides Lady Toros once in a while. She has secret dreams of Romance, great adventure, and dragon riders. Helena is nothing if not an avid daydreamer. Also, she hates to be coddled and treated like a dumb female. Though courteous and always polite, she has ways of being mean to those who treat her like an infidel. She refuses to marry the men her parents try to court her with. Helena will only marry for love, regardless of tradition.

Other Info: She owns a silver furred pet ferret that goes almost everywhere with her. In some ways, the ferret is her only true friend. His name is Dashing, or Dash for short. Helena has a love for all animals. Helena has a love for all animals.
History: Helena's history is rather boring for the first few years of her life. She was born into the noble house of Toros, whose bloodline dates back to before Galbatorix's war. The house of Toros currently resides in Teirm, though Helena and her parents often stay in Uru'baen, now Ilirea. The Toros bloodline is said to descend from a long gone Dragon Rider from Vroengard, whose name was Ephraim Toros. Helena was naturally home schooled, and learned various different languages, including elven. She has not yet shown any magical capabilities, even though she is now fluent in the Ancient Language. At the age of sixteen, her parents coupled her with another young lord, but Helena rebelled and ran away, refusing to marry someone she hardly knew. Her parents despaired, though they did not give up. Now, at the age of twenty, they are afraid Helena will become an old spinster if she does not marry soon. Of course, spinster is out of the question. Helena knows she is a noble, and married or not, will always be a noble. It was when she ran away at sixteen that she discovered how to sate her thirst for adventure. In fact, she was able to stay hidden from her parents for a few days before the guards found her. Since then, she is much more careful about her disappearances. At 19, Helena was given the gift of a ferret, and it has been her constant companion since. Currently, Helena is in Illirea, where her parents think they will be safest from the threats of the new war.
Role Play Sample: Cracking open her bedroom door, Helena peered out into the dim corridor. It was midnight now, and everyone in the mansion would be asleep. It was the perfect time for leaving unnoticed. Slipping out of her room, she was careful to close the door behind her, before slipping like a quiet shadow down the hall and towards the back door, which was located in the kitchen. Once outside, she pulled up the hood of her old brown cloak and set off down an alley in the great city that was once known as Uru'baen. She wore soft soled slippers for these occasions, so her footsteps would not raise the attention of any guards. With war upon them again, the guards were out in more numbers than usual. If they spotted her, well, her parents would hear about it. She sighed at the thought. She was fortunate enough with wealth and good food, yet it cost her a hefty amount of freedom.
A little silver head pushed at her hip from a pocket, and Helena reached in to give Dashing a small pat. He squeaked quietly and nipped playfully at her fingers. Feeling lighthearted, Helena continued her walk to nowhere.
ACCEPTED!!! hehe
