Bored and had this idea for a character.
Your username: Jeriah/Tismri
Character's name: Ringabelle (nickname. She doesn't know her real name.)
Character's age: 16-18
Character's attitude: Typically very serious and focused, doing whatever she sets her mind to. She is a hard-working genius and is able to do anything she wants without exerting too much effort. She does smile, laugh, and joke at times; she has also been known to express frustration, especially when she tries to find who she is.
Character's Race: human
Character's appearance:
Ringabelle has long, dusky gold hair and deep indigo eyes. She wears golden scale armor under a long green tunic.
Character's allegiance: Neutral
Weapons: A golden spear set with an emerald in the head; it appears to be elven-made. She can also use magic, and stores energy in the emerald much like Riders do with their swords.
History:
A few months back, she randomly appeared in the village of Gladia Celesti, unconscious near the center of town, but apparently unharmed. She was found by Cortell, who led her to the tavern. He tried asking her about herself, but she could not remember anything. She was unable to recall even what her name was or how old she was. With no success as to her true identity, Cortell nicknamed her "Ringabelle." When he noticed she was carrying a spear, they decided to test her skill in combat, both to see how competent she was with the weapon and to see if it might jog her memory. She turned out to be a nearly flawless fighter, and they discovered that she could also use magic and speak the ancient language fluently; that along with the elvish design of her weapon suggested that she had been well educated and was someone of importance. Unfortunately, they were no closer to discovering who she actually was.
Ringabelle decided to stay in Gladia Celesti, living and working there as a citizen and volunteer guard. She excelled at everything she did with almost frightening ease. Unable to remember, she was unsure if she was simply well-practiced already, or if she had natural talent. She was far from perfect at most things, but it took her little effort to master any task she set her mind to.
Role Play Sample:
She sat at the table with the boy, talking between ravenous bites of food. He was still asking her questions, to which she could give no satisfactory answers, much to the frustration of them both.
"You really don't know your own name?" Cortell asked again, still in disbelief that someone could forget something so important. She sighed again and shook her head. "What about your birthday? Do you know how old you are?"
She thought for several minutes, trying to rack her brain. "No. I can't remember anything like that." She grunted in frustration. "It's as if there's a great big void in my mind. There's nothing left of who I am. I'm trying to think of the things you suggested, about my home, my family, but...nothing rings a bell." Cortell sat back and sighed, taking a quick drink as she finished her meal.
"Well, if you can't remember your name, we're going to have to make a new one for you. We can't just go around saying 'hey you,' all the time." He thought for a moment and smiled as he thought of the phrase she had just used. "How do you like Ringabelle?"
She smiled at the suggestion. "Ringabelle," she said to herself, trying out the name. "I like it," she told him.
