28 years ago the king of a once peaceful land was assassinated. A cover up was made to ensure peace remained, and the public were told he died in his sleep. After all, he was 53. Two weeks after his death his step-brother Logan took over, and still peace remained. Despite the battles of warring nations, somehow Kylanda remain apart from it all. That was until the new King decided the capitol was becoming over populated and more land was needed. Logan used his brother's son, Prince Caleb, as leverage to entice the affections of a neighbouring princess, her name was Crystal. With her head over heels for Caleb he approached her father with a marriage proposal, one that would combine the two kingdoms. Believing this to be in his daughters best interests King Lucas agreed.
Both countries thrived for ten years, and the Prince and Princess had a daughter together, they named her Kallistos.

When Kallistos was eight Logan took her out riding. When they returned Caleb, Crystal and Lucas were dead. Each slain by a single eleven arrow.
Logan took saw these arrows and declared war on the Elves, believing them to be the reason behind the deaths of his family. The elves denied everything, retreating to their forest when people started to become violent towards them. Once there no one could follow them, Elven magic being to powerful for a human to surpass.
Logan sent his men to claim the land the elves had once occupied, personally riding to the Elven forest to inform them that anyone who left the forest would perish, and that the lands they left behind were now his.

In the castle Kallistos began to hear rumours, some saying it was Logan who planned the death of her parents and grandfather, others saying the elves would sneak in and finish the job, killing both her and Logan.
Kallistos fled the castle. Armed with a small dagger and her white mare she fled to the Elven forest, determined to find out the truth. Her mother had always told her the elves were friends, and if she ever needed help she was to go to them. She has been missing ever since.

The races of Kylanda are:
Human, Elf, Dwarf, Falsko, Norsla and Voskon.

So feel free to come join us, we dont bite... well the Voskon might, but thats only if they are in their animal form

i forgot to add, this is a slow moving RPG, we do not rush here. there are several diffrent stories taking place. people here and there. we have no idea who or where Kallistos is. she hasnt been mentioned. but yeah just join and have fun! i am about to enter Dusk Valley, home of my fellow Norsla! (evil we are, evil i say!)
