Yep, it's Oblivion, with several mods I downloaded. Specifically--to name ALL the ones featured however slightly--Heart of the Dead (the plot of which was my inspiration for Dublin and the Gem of Souls), Lost Spires, Akaviri Samurai Shop, Servant of the Dawn, Haunted House, the Dark Brotherhood chapel, and DMC Stylish.

Makes me so glad I have the PC version. And Skyrim! Eeek! Maybe I should put up a screenshot of my character from there, too.
