Okay we all know that the third book is called Brisingr and that it is coming out September 20th but do any of you have predictions.
what do you think will happen in the book? Who do you think is going to die? Who is the one that is going or is pregnet? What do you think about the god that Eragon is going to meet? Will Eragon get another sword from the place where Solembum said?
There are to many questions but what do you think and thats important.

ooooo i love telling people my thought about this hee hee. ok what i think might happen is, Eragon and Roran will find the other egg when they go to rescue Katrina. i think that galbatorix was worried about his hiding place when brom found saphiras egg so he moved the last one somewhere else. and i think that place might be Helgrind, the Ra'zacs camp. and i also think that Brom is really Eragons father. i know that Murtag said otherwise, BUT! even though he said it in the ancient language, doesnt mean its true, it means that Murtag believed it to be true. I think that the woman that Brom loved was Selena, and that Selena had Eragon to Brom, thats why she was away for so long. and that is why Brom moved to Carvahall, to keep and eye on his son. There fore! i think that the weapon that is under the roots on the Menoa Tree, its Broms sword. then Eragon will get his inheritance! ta da! haha. as for who is going to die, it could be anyone! i am hoping that it will be Orimis or Murtag, harsh i know, but think of it if they were to battle, what if Orimis and Glaedr made one last stand and came out to the world and battled for the last time. HOW COOL WOULD THAT BE!!!  but it could be anyone who dies! i hope its not Nasuada, because that would bind Eragon to the Varden as leader.. that wouldnt make a very good story i dont think. i reckon the god will have to be a dwarf one, the humans dont speak of any gods and the elves dont believe in them. but who knows which one. maybe Guntera or Helzvog, seeing as the speak more of Helzvog than Guntera, i would guess Helzvog... but who knows!!! i just cant wait for it to be realesed!!!! |

hmm that sounds really good and understandable. I beleive that It could be any god but you never know what one but it could be what you mentioned. I think that Brom was eragon's father but told Saphira about it but Saphira didn't want to tell or won't tell Eragon till the time is right that Brom was his father. For who dies I think that it could be Orimis and Glaedr or it could be murtag but I have a feeling that it could be nasuada because the varden, acording to the book or something that I read, were losing favor but thats my opinion. As for the weapon in the tree I think that it is a sword that is blue to match Saphira and I agree with you that it could be Brom's old sword. Now who gets pregnent well I think it could be any of the characters really I think it could be Saphira (somehow), Arya, Nasuada, Katrina, or Angelea (though I don't know how). All of these choices are hard but its a possibility for all of them. There are a lot of events that are going to take place in this book and all of them very interesting I really wished that they would have published it sooner then later because we the fans have otehr things. Along with us school people because of school they should have published it sooner so that we could have some time to read it before school starts but I still can't wait for it to come out. It will be so good to read the book too.

Yes, agreed. I have a strong feeling that the pregnant lady is going to Katrina. At the beginning of Eldest, Roran and she, er, laid together. So now there is a baby, or going to be a baby. Elaine, Horst's wife, was also pregant, but we already knew that. I think she's going to have her baby in Brisingr too. I think Helgrind would be a good place to hide an egg, because the only way to get up there is from the sky. Before Eragon, that limited the access to Galbatorix and the ra'zac. So yes, hopefully, the green egg will be within that crazy tower and Eragon and Saphira will rescue it, along with pregnant Katrina. I too have a feeling that Brom is Eragon's father. In Eldest, Oromis said that Eragon reminded him of Brom because he asked so many questions. He must have inherited that trait. haha. As for the weapon, it could be Brom's, but I think its definitely going to be a riders sword. I think the Vault of Souls will be at the end of the book, and something crazy will happen (including the God), and we will have to wait until book four to see what Eragon does with whatever happened there. Oh, and I think it will be a dwarf god, as they were the only ones mentioned.

I dont know if it would be the first Eragon, because the Elves dont believe in gods, so I dont think that an Elf would become one. But you never know. I am curious as to who this charatcer is that likes to laugh. It sounds interesting. And what of the seven promises of Eragon and Saphira, I can think of the Isidar Mithrim, that Saphira promised to fix, Elva, that Eragon promised to fix, both Eragon and Saphira promised to returne to finish their training with Orimis and Glaedr, Eragon promised to help Roran. But I cant think of anything else.

how about the one to help Murtag and relise him from Galbatorix, Helping the varden, oh and to over throw Galbotorix. Well thats not necessarily a promis but it is a possibility that it could be those three but very unlikely. Yeah I would have to agree with you there all of them are possibilities in their own well your right on those.

This laughing person still gets me though. i wonder if its a Werecat... i dont know why i think that, but they all seems to smile with 'pointed teeth' maybe Galbatroix has an evil werecat!

yeah something really random. maybe its the god... then again that would be a pretty pointless god, laughing all the time. could be a crazed elf lol. been living in the woods for so long then suddenly appears laughing and being mean. GRR! i just cant wait for this book!!!

You know Me too. I can't believe that though I am more excited about it then the seventh Harry Potter book. I hope Paolini doesn't jump around a lot in this book because it drove me nuts in Eldest.
