Sorry I haven't responded to this question sooner. But yes, a dragon does continuously grow, so far as I know. I believe it was Brom who said that a dragon's growth does not stop. Or maybe it was Oromis, I can't quite remember... But I assume that where at first a dragon grows rapidly, the older they are the more slowly their growth becomes. Let's say that an ancient dragon can be as big as the Eiffel tower (in length and height) but no bigger. I think that's fair.
