Lathem awoke a couple seconds later, the bloodied arrow laying on the bed beside him. He got up quickly and ran out of the door, nearly knocking Jeriah off her feet. "Jeriah! I'm feeling a little deja vu." He wiped a small tear from her cheek and kissed her, taking her hand in his. He laughed as he pulled away. "Whatever it was, we can take it, eh Jahag?" The cat appeared out of nowhere down by Lathem's feet. No. Lathem squinted his eyes at the cat. "What do you mean?" The cat's blue eyes darted from Lathem to Jeriah. It's a dragon...without a rider.

OOC: deja vu. Jeriah watched as Jahag appeared from out of nowhere and came in the room. "What do you mean, Jahag? There's a wild dragon out here? He wasn't the one who shot the arrow, was he?"

Jahag shrugged his furry shoulders. 'All I saw was a blood red dragon and a blood red arrow flying through the air towards this house.'

Jeriah rose from her place by Lathem's side and looked out the window. She saw no dragon out there, though she knew Jahag enough not to doubt the werecat's words. The light from her was a soft glow as she went back to Lathem. "You know, hun, if this keeps up and both of us keep getting near-death experiences, we may not live enough to get married." She leaned over and kissed his nose, then backed up. "Maybe we should just get it over with before anything overly tragic happens." The amber glints sparkled with amusment in her blue eyes.

Lathem grinned mischievously. "I have to get your father's approval first." A sudden thought crossed his mind. "Hey! Whaddaya say we go and see your family right now? Before this stupid dragon kills us, anyway." He laughed.

Jeriah laughed, too, excited at the thought of seeing her family. "I would like to. It's been so long, though. Do you think they would recognize me after all this time?"

Lathem looked her over. "No, but I bet they would when you told them of when you lived with them!" He laughed and took her hand, leading her out of the door. "Let's go right now!"

Jeriah laughed as they left the house together and found their dragons. Then Jeriah suddenly remembered. "Wait, I have to go to Surda first. They've probably heard by now that I'm dead and need to know that I'm not now." Even as she said it, she burst out laughing, thinking of how silly it would sound when she explained it.

"What do you want from your room Marola, I'll go get it and be out quicker than anyone knows I'm there." he said.

Marola thought about it for a little while, then said, "If you are going to go in there, I'm going with you. I'm the only one who can get into my room, anyway. It's locked by magic." She laughed, thinking of Caleb trying to get in. Then, out of nowhere, she imagined Tyr coming down the hall and spotting him. Whoa, that was weird, she thought, then entertained herself by imagining Caleb marking up Tyr's perfect features and making him as grotesque looking as possible. It was harder to imagine than she thought. It was nearly impossible for her to imagine Tyr as anything other than the attractive, charming guy he was. Of couse, he was also rude, obnoxious, and manipulative. She did her best to shove him out of her mind. I'm going to killl him someday, she thought.

Lathem scrunched up his forehead. "The Varden? You're with the Varden?"

OOC: well, duh! She was wearing a Varden uniform when she died. lol! Jeriah nodded at him. "Yes, I joined the Varden after you...left. I was hoping at the time that it may convince you that you were on the wrong side and that you would change." A small smile crossed her face. "I don't think it worked as well as I hoped. But it did get me the training I needed to find you."

OOC: I'm assuming u have a love hate relationship with Tyr? lol
Flirting with one of the noble ladies of the court, Tyr and the woman were walking down the bed chambers. "No, no, that didn't happened, did it? Weren't you afraid?" The woman laughed as they walked arm in arm. "Me? Nooo," he shrugged it off. "It was quite fun actually. You should have seen everyone's faces when we blew up the cart. The King was furious that we did it in his courtyard, but I say, where else would we have done it?" They laughed. "So that really was you, who pulled that prank? You devil!" She squealed. "Oh, where are we going?" She asked. Tyr smiled. "Oh, I thought I show you the grand tour. Is there a problem?" "No...I just, my father will be wondering where I ran off to." "Let him wonder, don't you want to see what the big deal is about? Besides, I didn't take you as a woman who was interested in boring politics." He gave her a charming smile. They continued to walk as Tyr showed her around and she giggled non-stop; which was actaully starting to annoy him.
