Jaygon and Turma waited patiently amidst the ruins of Vroengard for their students. They were waiting more so on their newer Dragon Rider students than the older ones. Come to think of it we haven't seen our first two students from era in a long time, Jaygon said. Turma silently agreed as they waited.
Jaygon thought this would be a good time to train himself some more so he conjured up a controlled shadow creature to spar with as he waited.

Gidion got up and washed up for the day to come. Jaygon is holding class today so gidion walked through the ruins of Vroengard. "This city must have been amazing" he said. Then he found a 10ft tall support "it looks to small for the citys size" he said to him self. Then he nocicted that it was a dragons tooth. The dragon was big but basil at shuch a young age was close to the same size. gidion knew that basil was not done growing "he will be a big dragon he thought to him self maybe the biggest in all the varden". When he rounded the corner of a dilapidated structure he saw jaygon and turma he contacted them "hello jaygon and turma elda" basil did the same. He and turma were close to the same size but gidion knew that basil would never be bigger than her not without enhancement at least. "Fine day gidion said aloud."

Tia and Aela were ready, but Nula was still grooming herself.
"Come on Nula!" Tia complained to the massive dragon.
Nula turned her head and stared at Tia as though she had grown an extra head.
"Trust my dragon to be the vainest in the world." She mumbled to herself.
Nula growled and they set off.

"Fine day indeed," Jaygon said, "I believe we are just waiting for three more then we shall begin today's lesson." Jaygon drew a circle, put a line down the middle and drew two strange symbols on the dirt. Jaygon stuck his dual sided blade in the dirt so one curved blade was in the ground and the other curved was facing the sky. He then sat down beside Turma and drank a strange liquid from a vial and continued to wait.

Tia strode purposefully toward the ruins, Nula grumbling about people not appreciating how much work it takes to look good, and sat cross-legged in front of the strange markings.
Aela wandered over and greeted Basilgrad and Turma.

"Good, it seems we're all here now," Jaygon said as he patted Turma's side. Turma hummed softly as Jaygon continued. "This lesson will not be easy for some of you, but the benefits you will reap from it will make you strong. Today one group of you shall be plunged into a place rich in Dark Magic, you must beware the temptations and the fear that await you inside. If you emerge at peace with yourself then you will have passed," one of the strange runes began to glow with a dark radiance, almost sinister in its own way. "The second group will be lifted up high to a place where light and peace are present. Even though that sounds so much simpler than the other test believe me it is not. The place of light has temptations all its own, be wary of those who claim to be what they are not," the other rune glowed pure white. "If you pass the test put before you then in one month's time you may be deemed able of completing both tests. And if this is so than you shall find others to take this test as well, such is the duty of one who passes both tests."

"Yeah, if this is a test, how serious is it?" Tia watched Jaygon, concerned.
Aela snorted in agreement, Nula didn't appear to care, she just started to lick her paws.

"It's hard to say what will happen if you fail," Jaygon said. He lifted one finger, "One girl failed and came back completely unchanged. On the other hand," Jaygon shivered a little and Turma stiffened, "a boy failed once and came back as a different person bringing chaos and destruction wherever he went. Things were revealed to him that shouldn't have been, he wasn't ready to see his inner self, which you will see also. And I can't help but feel responsible for what happened to him. But you two, you two are definitely ready, without a doubt. Neither one of you should fail."
Jaygon spoke a word in the Ancient Language and two glowing orbs came out of the ground. "These are to be your guides. Follow them to your destinations. I hope that they don't have to carrying you back out."

Tia nodded and walked to one of the orbs. "I dibs darkness." She smirked. She unslung her staff, and fingered the carving. "I'm ready."

Gidion got up what ever is wating I'll be ready. He pulled out his bow so when do we start he asked with a quizical grin while basil looked at the orbs. He was intrigued by the glow they gave off. He then looked at his rider and started to hum "yes we will pass theres nothing that can stand our power when we are together he said to his bond.""Don't get over confedent gidion shot back this will no dout test or strengths and weaknesses".

Jaygon laughed and looked at his students, "Then go and be careful these trials will test you in ways you would never imagine." Turma nodded and fixed them in her gigantic eyes, Yes young ones be careful. Jaygon stood and pulled his blade out of the ground, "Be wary creatures have made their homes in the testing grounds. They are dangerous and fast so you must always be on guard."

OOC: Are u going to make up our challenges/obsticals, or do we make it up as we go along?
Tia marched up to the dark orb. Nula, who was now alert, followed her causiously. 'Are you sure this is a good idea?'
'Of course it's safe, otherwise Ebrithil Jaygon wouldn't set this up for us.' Still, Tia kept her staff at the ready.
