If you would like to have a dragon rider character, you must take the quiz, which I will post in another thread, and PM the answers to me. If you do not pass the quiz, then you will be able to take it again. If you don’t pass it the second time, I will be merciful and give you one more chance. So, that means you have three chances to pass. Pertaining to the number of riders you may create, you may have only four from the new generation. Riders from the war with Galbatorix may be kept, and do not count towards the limit. Also, as of right now, I do not want anyone creating a dragon rider character from the war with Galbatorix who did not have one while that plot was active. Thank you!
