OOC- I just read this part of the last book, gave me a little inspiration.
Tia crouched down, readying her warhammer. The Snalgi came at her with lightning speed, eyes waving. It's shell must have been four feet tall! Tia lept to the side, swung her hammer down, and smashed the creature's shell. "Take that, Snail!" She cried, and doubled over, giggling. What is so amusing? Nula asked, a little groggy. The Snalgi!Tia managed to get out between outbursts of laughter. Nula's only response was to uncurl from her sleeping position and snap up the offending snail. "Hey!" Tia shouted, still giggling. Not bad. At that, Nula took off to go chasing some of the others on the island. Once Tia's giggling had subsided, she got up and started to roam the island. She and a few other riders had come to check the place out, and to see if there was anything useful on Vroengard. "Hey! Tia!" Ellen shouted from the top of a strangely huge building. "You find anything?" "Nope." Tia held out her arm and Re, her kestrel, streaked down to a landing on the leather glove she wore to protect her arm. 'Caw! Skreeeek!' The raptor bird took off again. The last remanents of laughter faded from Tia's face. "RUN!" She yelled, already racing toward Nula. Nula! They've found us! The magicians! Tia and co. had tried to make sure that their flight to Vroengard would go unnoticed, but a band of the king's most skilled magicians had followed them to Teirm. They had managed to shake them, or so they thought. Nula let out a massive roar, crouched as Tia leapt to her back, and took off. The ground shook as the ruined city began to crumble around them...

Jaygon watched from a distance as the ruins of Vroengard crumbled. He fell to his knees and cried out in deep pain as Turma roared. Jaygon started to walk towards the ruins tears streaming down his face. He unsheathed his blade thinking only of revenge and the pleasure he would take in ripping out the throats of the people who did this to his beloved home on Vroengard.
Jaygon... Turma began.
Please Turma don't stop me, Jaygon said as he broke out into a run. The people who did this are going to pay dearly for their crimes!

Gidion watched the ruins of the once great city of the riders crumble. Though he never saw it in it's prime he flet that he should stand and give justice where justice is needed. So he climb on basil "to the sky" he said to his bond with a sence of calmness. "Lets teach them to leave the riders alone." Basil jumped and glided to where there was a big square. Gidion looked around and saw Jaygon running toward them. where are they he said to him in his mind?

Basil please stay out of this, Jaygon said. If you don't I can't guarantee that I won't kill you by mistake! he said his voice now full of fresh anger. He ran even faster searching out in every direction with his mind for the people responsible.
Turma flew up beside them. Young ones, this time just watch. Watch and see how anger can twist even the best of people.
Jaygon jumped onto a pillar that strangely enough was still standing straight up and down. Where are they? Where are they? he thought frantically. There! Jaygon leaped down behind one of the magicians and sliced him clean in half. Then he used dark magic to pick up a female spell caster and literally shredded her to pieces. Never before had Jaygon been the source of such a bloody slaughter. He sent a fire ball flying into two more instantly frying them in their clothing.

"As you wish Turma elda gidion said but i will get my vengence." He rasied his hand "Istalri" gidion whispered. Out of his hand shot a beam of light. Like the head of a spear the light pierced one of the magicians through the heart and his body was enveloped by the light and disappeared. He said under his breath "With light I slay the dark".

"We can't leave the city like this! It needs us!" One of the others yelled. Tia silently agreed, and by unspoken consent, everyone dove down again in an orderly line, spewing fire on the many magicians.

Jaygon smiled at the smell of the burning magicians. He found a few that were still alive while they burned. One begged for mercy, but Jaygon did not consent instead he killed the whole group with his bare hands. The sight was one to behold Jaygon stood in front of a group of burned and bloody magicians his own hands stained with their blood and the smouldered and still burning ruins rising up behind him. Turma looked at this sight and gave a small sigh. This wasn't the first time Jaygon went on a rampage, but this was one of the worst.
Jaygon drew his second sword and attached it to his first one using the special bond he had put in the swords with magic. "Combine," he said in the Ancient Language. The two swords became one at the pommel giving him a dual bladed rider's sword, the symbol on the blades changed and became the same on each blade. Then his bloody slaughter continued...

Tia pointed out Jaygon and Gidion. Fly to them, Nula, we'll join the fight on the ground! Right... "Raarrrgh!" Tia yelled as she leaped from Nula's back, double swords swinging left and right.
