Tears streamed down Raine's cheeks as she stumbled through Du Weldenvarden, trees and greenery surrounding her. Her hair hung over her eyes and was roped and dirty. Her face was red from crying and her dark blue eyes were barely visible through her tears. Her heart ached to see Sorrel's gray hair and violet eyes, though she knew she would not. She was alone. Utterly alone. Nobody but her and her thoughts were in this endless forest. She had gotten herself lost and for what? A moan escaped her lips from the pain she felt inside. "Why?" Her voice echoed off the trees and the canopy above her, in which rain trickled through and dripped on her head. Her clothes were pretty much soaked and her shoes were worn so thoroughly that she could feel every little hole and pebble on the path - or what looked like to be a path - she walked on. Her mind was confused and angry. Confused at which way she should go and angry at herself for being stupid enough for allowing Sorrel to pursue his idea. She wondered if her were lost right now, just as she was, or if he was found. She knew she was lost, but would she ever be found? Would she ever see what her fate was in this world? Would she see Sorrel's sweet little face? Would she ever look into a lover's eyes and say "I do"? He heart cried along with her eyes. It felt as if it was beating abnormally, originally not supposed to be beating at all. She stumbled over an overgrown root, falling to the ground. She stuck out her right hand, trying to catch herself, but instead heard a loud snap and felt intense pain travel up her arm when she landed. She howled and swore, using profanity she never thought she'd use. After several long moments, she finally quieted down, holding her arm close to her chest. Tears fell freely off her face and she finally realized: she was lost. Not only in Du Weldenvarden, but also in life.

ooc: I'll help Raine out, Backabuth, not only because she seems so sad, but also because I know who she's based off of: Raine, from Tales of Symphonia! lol. Love that freaking game. lol.
Creel and Ciraph were flyingg over Du Weldenvarden when they felt someone in the woods below them. Someone who was desperate and sad. Should we help them out? Ciraph asked Creel. Creel nodded. Of course, Ciraph he responded, What kind of people would we be if we didn't help someone in need? Classic Creel response! Ciraph said happily, lettin gout the low, rumbling chuckle a dragon has as he began descending to the forest below, landing down relatively close to the one who they had felt. "Hey! Are you okay?" Creel asked, leaping off of Ciraph's back and running toward the woman, who was on the ground, holding her arm and crying. He ran up to her, looking down at her, concerned,"Hey, are you okay? What're you doing this far out in the forest?"

OCC: lol I've never played the game...sadness, but I want to Romantic Involvement! lol Raine yelped when she saw the man and the dragon land right in front of her. She backed away from them, frightened by the thought of her request for a man to be beside her being answered. She blinked a couple times, then composed herself, giving him a frightened smile. "I'm okay...I guess...I think I broke my arm." As to his other question...she didn't even fully know herself.

"I can see that. It's bent at an odd angle," he said, gingerly taking her arm in his hands, being careful not to hurt her,"You're not hurt anywhere else, are you?" He put a hand over her arm and mutterd "Weis Heil", and her arm mended itself and he gave her a small, friendly smile. "There you go," he said,"You need to be more careful."

Raine watched in amazement as her arm was suddenly mended back together. The pain subsided, then itched, then was completely gone. She smiled at Creel, then remembered the circumstances, wiping the tears from her face and eyes. "Excuse my...appearance. My face is usually not this red, as are my clothes ever this dirty." She quickly took her arm out of his hands, embarrassed, then stood up. "I was just rushing..."

Creel grinned at her as she talked about how her face wasn't usually that red and her clothes dirty. "I'd hope not," Creel said, grinning,"A woman as beautiful as you shouldnt be dirty and red-faced very often. Especially not from crying." He let out a small chuckle as she stood up. "So, where is it you're rushing to?" he asked,"Me and Ciraph can help you out. It'll be faster than walking, too. "Think you might be up for it?" he asked, giving her a warm smile. "My name's Creel, by the way," he said,"In case you havent guessed, the large white lizard over there is my partner, Ciraph." I am NOT a lizard! How DARE you insult dragons like that?! Ciraph said, feigning insult and chuckling at the same time, projecting his thought so that the woman and Creel could both hear him. Creel just laughed and shook his head, turning back to the woman,"Anyway, what's your name?"

Raine half-smiled at Creel's flirting, then smiled fully at Ciraph's response. "I am Raine. I'm looking for my brother, Sorrel, who is only a little boy and he left me in search for out father. He wants some answers. I suppose I could let you and Ciraph fly me, but I'm kind of reluctant, considering the fact that I got myself into this mess and I would prefer to get myself out. But I suppose if it is alright with Ciraph, then I will come with you." She paused, catching her breath, then composed herself. "I want to thank you for healing me and for offering to help me. I am forever in your debt for saving me from my...circumstance." She smiled at Creel, then looked at Ciraph, fascinated of how much bigger he was than Thade was.

Creel smiled back at Raine, motioning for her to walk over to Ciraph. "It's a pleasure to meet you, Raine," he said,"And it's no problem. Ciraph and I help people out all the time. We're a little different from your average Elf." He grinned, flicking the tip of one of his ears as he moved to jumped into Ciraph's saddle. "I mean, what kind of person would I be if I didn't stop to help someone in trouble, huh?" he asked, smiling down at Raine and offering her a hand up as Ciraph moved to make a kind of makeshift ladder with his leg.

Raine cocked her head at him, eyeing him gently. "You are...an elf?" She squeezed her hands together, wondering of her own heritage. Was she an elf too? She knew her father was, even though she couldn't really remember him, besides the short memories of playing with him as a child. She moved forward, taking his hand, then clambered up Ciraph's large leg with Creel's help.

Creel pulled Raine into the saddle in front of him, wrapping his arms around her to grab Ciraph's back spike right in front of her. He reached up with one hand, grabbing her with his own and guiding them to the same spike. "Now, hold on to this really tight," he said, grinning,"This is going to be a fun ride."

Raine gripped Ciraph's spike with both hands, then blushed a deep red when Creel put his arms around her, then took a deep breath, trying to calm herself. "I'm ready."

"All right, Cir'," Creel said over Raine's shoulder,"Take us up!" Too easy, Little One! Ciraph said so both Raine and Creel could hear as he leapt into the air, getting over the trees before he even flapped his wings. Then, he turned and flew in circles. "Okay, so, where are you heading?" Creel asked Raine, half-shouting in her ear to be heard over the wind of their flight.

Raine reached out with her mind, drifting outside of Creel's mind so she could here him better. Ellesmera...I believe that is where my father lives. Or lived...

Creel grinned as Raine spoke to him mentally. All right, then, he said,Let's be off for Ellesmera! Ciraph, if you don't mind, please! The great white dragon laughed his draconic laugh and stood up at his full height. Look at my little one, Ciraph said, laughing,All grown up and courting a female! Creel's face turned beet red. He knew Ciraph had projected that thought so that Raine had heard it too. Don't say that! he said to Ciraph,It's embarrassing! Ciraph just laughed and took to the skies, flying for Ellesmera...

Raine blushed, then turned her head into the wind so it would cool it down. Suddenly, they hit a batch of turbulence, making Raine fall back into Creel. After they went back into smooth air, she brought herself forward and blushed somemore.
