Elianora considered the question with a playful smile. "Somewhere in Du Weldenvarden. Somewhere large enough for any dragons to land, for I hope we will invite a few friends?" she said it as a question, unsure if Ferlan would feel comfortable with a large crowd. "Perhaps we could hold it under the eaves of Menoa."

Ferlan gave Nora a smile, glad she was excited about the wedding. "You may invite anyone you want, love." He knew he would feel uncomfortable around a lot of people, but he would bear through it to make Eli happy. "Under the Menoa tree sounds perfect."

By now the sun was gone, and the moon shown brightly over head as the two entered the house. Elianora patted her empty stomach. Smiling, she said, "I think we'll just have to make our own food. Our hosts rest, and it would be a shame to disturb them."
She went to the kitchen and lit a fire in the oven, and then began looking around ofr pots/pans and ingredients. "Is there a large pot anywhere around here?" she asked looking into a cupboard.

Ferlan laughed as she asked him where a pot was. "I wouldn't know. I don't live here." He helped her in her search. After about ten minutes hunting for it, they finally found one. "Well, that took long enough. Now I'm really starting to get hungry."

Elianora laughed, filling the pot with water. She lit a fire in the kitchen hearth and placed the pot over it. Then she took a long pan, found some vegetables, chopped them up, and placed them, after oiling the pan, into the pan. Then she made a quick dough with flour, water, acorn butter, and some salt. She put the dough over the vegetables and then put the lot in the oven.
The water came up to a boil, and she made her father's berry stew, making sure that the berries out weighed the water. She added honey and a few special spices, stirred the thick, delicious smelling mixture, and then let it sit.
As dinner cooked, Elianora searched for and found two bowls, two plates, and two sets of dining ware. When dinner was ready, she ladled some of the stew into the bowls and dished up the bread vegetables. She set the food on the table and sat down, smiling at Ferlan.

Ferlan was amazed by Nora's cooking. "My dear, this is the best stew I think I've ever tasted," he said, fully meaning it. He gave her a huge smile.

Elianora laughed, the clear, bell-like sound filling the house. She lit some candles for light and suspended them in the air with magic. Then she took a bite of the hot stew. "Thank you Ferlan. I hope you enjoy the vegetables and bread as well. And there should be enough for Aethe and Taran when they come out," she said once she'd swallowed.
She finished her first course, and went back for another. "Would you like some more, love?" As she scooped more veggies onto her plate, she checked on Soranai. The dragon was out on the mountain, gazing at the moon.
When Eli contacted her, Soranai bugled softly into the crisp night air. She raised her wings in a grand gesture, her face to the moon. Joy and peace radiated across the link. Elianora, I am so glad that you are back. I will never let that happen again, she promised in the Ancient Language.
Don't make a promise you can't keep, love. Elianora's eyes softened as she communicated with Soranai.
But I will keep it, Soranai asserted.
Eli smiled. All right. Then to Ferlan, she said, "When would you like to get married?"

Ferlan gave her a smile, admiring just how beautiful she looking in the candlelight. "Whenever would be best for you, love," he told her. He grabbed her hand from across the table and gave it a light kiss, then just held it, looking into her lovely eyes and smiling.

"All right." Elianora finished her meal and stood up, taking the dishes to the sink. "Ferlan, do you mind washing? I need to put preserving spells on the food, and some protective ones."

Ferlan stood and walked to the sink. "Of course, Nora," he told her. "And after that I think it'll be time for me to get some sleep. I really do need some rest. I've been up for a lot longer than I ever intended." He began to wash the dishes. OOC: they have sinks here? lol, for some reason, I find that hard to imagine.

OOC: Hey I worked on sanctuary for a long time. It has a washroom with a natural spring in it, a kitchen/living room combination, 4 bedrooms and a dragon keep large enough for 4 grown dragons. lol

Elianora put the magically warm and preserved food into a cupboard for a later time and helped Ferlan put the dishes away. Once she finished, she looked around the area, put out the candles, and looped arms with Ferlan. They left the room together, arm-in-arm. As they came to Eli's room, she pulled them to a stop. In the same movement she unlooped her arm and stood an inch from Ferlan, a shadowy figure in the dark hall. She leaned close and kissed him, her hands on his chest. Then she pulled away. "Good night," she said sweetly.
OOC: Did I god-mode here?
