History: Orphaned just a few days after his birth, Denzil was found by Rider Elaine and Dublin in Uru'baen after the battle with Galbatorix. He is one of the first that would call Elaine and Dublin's orphanage his home. He grew being quite a rambunctious child, causing mayhem wherever he went. However, as time continued on, young Denzil became quite calm and collective. Denzil grew up in a loving home with the other children, though never thinking he was better or special because he was Elaine and Dublin's child; though he did discover that he was not biologically their's when he was 10 years old, having overheard a conversation between his Mother and Father about him.
Thought pained and angry at being lied to his whole life, Denzil finally forgave his parents and became ever grateful to have a family. As he grew older, his parents taught him the way of the sword, though, Denzil became quite found of the staff as he destested war and blood; many children became orphaned because of such autrocities. As Elaine and Dublin's child, Denzil finds it his duty to protect those that are orphaned and does his best to be an exemplar son, though, he likes to cause some mischief once and awhile to put a smile on some faces.
Role Play Sample:
"Easy, easy, boys." Denzil's voice whispered as they lay hidden in the rafters of the orphange. He glanced to his right, where his fellow brothers were aiming a strange contraption that looked vaguely like a cross bow. Denzil had made it himself and allowed his brothers to play with it as they watched their sisters below them. "Get ready...and...NOW!" Denzil ordered and his brothers fired the contraption, which harbored little bags of water that Denzil had also devised. He laughed as the water balloons smashed onto the girls with glee.
"AHHHH!" The girls cried out in a frenzy. "DEN!!! Where are you!?!" They shouted as they began to shoot their water balloons from their own contraptions at them.
Denzil laughed as he dodged a balloon, but then was caught in mid laugh as one of them hit him in the face. "AH! Boys! I've been hit! I've been hit!" Denzil cried dramatically and all of them began to laugh as they continued to run and play around the orphanage...well...until they heard a very, authoritative yell, that resembled the voice of Den's mother. "Uh oh! RUN GUYS!" He yelled as they all scrambled to save their lives.
