Very nice app. However, I'm not too sure about the part of having a spirit for a friend. Because of that, I'm going to leave it up to Trinn whether or not to accept this.

Hmm I'm not quite sure about the Spirit either just because Paolini has explained them to be uncontrollable and power hungry to the point of them trying to take over a person. So my question is: are you planning on making Eli a Shade? That might be an interesting development ...but I'm rambling. Anyway I think its best to have Trinn look at this application. Cool layout too, but in the future can you use the character form we provided? There are certain information we look for. You can make it all fancy, but we just need you to use it in the future. Ok. Here are my thoughts. First of all, please copy and past the character form in the character creation board and reformat the app here to fit that. This app does not have any sort of history in it for the character, and a history is essential in helping to inform other players of your character, as well as to help with character development. I cannot accept the character simply because of that reason, though I think you have excellent writing and creativity.

Now, there is the matter of the spirit companion. While I appreciate the imagination you put forth into the thought of a spirit companion, I do not think that it would actually be possible. Sorcerer's use spirits, yes, but it is the most dangerous form of magic. Dangerous because the spirits don't want to be controlled and used against their will, they don't want to be summoned. I understand that Evi seems to be volunteering to be used for magical purposes, but I highly doubt a spirit, even the most benevolent, would allow themselves to be used for anyone's purpose besides their own. They are all too wild, no matter how kind, and generally unpredictable. I'm sorry, but for now, I'm going to say no to the spirit companion aspect of this character app. All you need to do now is reformat the app to fit this site's character form and add a history. Then I will be happy to approve it!

I'm sorry to hear you're going to be deleting him completely! I really did like Elijah. I have it in the rules, but when it comes to doing something new and iffy like the spirit bond, that the member pm me first to make sure something like that will be allowed. I'm sure that would have saved you much time. Make sure to read the rules so there's no further confusion! But I think you could do some other interesting things with Elijah. Let me know if you want any help!
