The battle between Elessar and his father had been intense. Nearly the entire room had been destroyed. Elessar barely had the upperhand. He then began to mutter in the ancient language. "Garjzla" A blinding light then lifted in the room nearly blinding Elessar. He began running out as soon as he made it to the door of the armory he took an arrow to the right shoulder. He fell back onto the ground. "You really think you can get away that easily?" his father laughed "Of course I do" Elessar replied bursting into flames." The true Elessar was just about at the exit. As he ran outside "Come on we got to get out of here FAST" He jumped onto Argetgarm. "And Argetgarm no matter how much you hurt fly as FAST as you can!"

Blake had nearly decided to give up on this whole venture and the waiting payment when the elf suddenly sprinted out of the old fortress. Without losing a step, she jumped into the saddle behind him. "It's about time," she growled out. "What did you do, stop and enjoy the scenery?" She watched the entrance of the place, prepared for anything to come along and try to stop them.

"No...To be blunt. I was nearly killed by my father. Anymore questions? No? Good." he said somewhat amused at Blakes question. Argetgarm then lifted into the air. Elessar stared at the fortress while lifting higher and higher. He then saw his father step out wielding nothing just watching them fly off with a smile on his face. All Elessar felt like doing and blasting that smile of his face with a spell but he had already exhausted too much energy. "There goes everything that I thought was what helped me go on." he said somewhat angrily."Can't wait to kill that dream..."

Blake rolled her eyes, amused by his sarcasm. It seemed the elf actually had a personality. His joking gave her something to focus on besides the screaming voices in her head. She glanced back at the island as they left, spotting another elf that watched them go. Then she studied Elessar's expression for a moment, seeing how angry he appeared. Her arm wrapped around his torso for balance, she gave him the slightest reassuring squeeze. "You'll find a way to live on. I mean, you have Argetgarm." She gave him a sly smile. "Or you could live day to day knowing that when you wake up, you'll have something lovely to eat later that day. That should be more than enough motivation." She gave him a wink and leaned backward, staring at the sky. Stars twinkled like diamonds on a black velvet dress. There was no moon, making the travelling quite dark. It didn't bother her at all; she was more than used to shadows, almost preferring them to broad daylight. She wondered for a moment what motivated her to press on day after day. Unlike Elessar, who still had his dragon, she had no one. At least, no one that she knew of. The only people who had seemed close to her were also keeping secrets, and had lied to her. Betrayed her, like Elessar's father had him. So she'd left them, and now lived on her own, acting as a hired mercenary and making a living for herself. But something about it still felt empty, and unsatisfactory. If only she knew who she was, maybe life would have meaning. Shaking those thoughts off, as they tended to make the other voices in her head louder, she brought herself back to the present. "I don't think I ever introduced myself," she told him. "I'm Blake."

"Nice to meet you Blake" he said. His mind at first had a one track goal,Escape. Now many many things went though his head. How his father managed to fool him all these years. And how had he knew exactly how to fight him. I mean he had been the one to train him but Elessar had changed his fighting style over the years. As the sun began to lower under the horizon he uttered in the ancient language [shadow=red,left,3]Garjzla[/shadow]A weak light JUST strong enough to show everything around them within a mile radius all the way around. "Well thanks for helping me get out. I probally would have been by those guards who were attempting to sneak up on us if you hadn't heard them." he said "I mean I would feel sorry for that shade about the way I killed her but...That's how it is."

Blake studied the area surrounding them with the light Elessar had created. The ocean was still beneath them, but the mainland was swiftly approaching. She was more than ready to get back on dry, solid ground; the salty air was causing her head to hurt. She glanced up at Elessar as he thanked her. She grew rather curious; she'd rarely been sent to rescue someone before. More often she was paid to kill or steal from certain people. Most anyone she ever interacted with seemed rather nervous about her, almost as if they were afraid of her. Was her insanity that obvious? She didn't think so; she tried to control it as well as she could, but sometimes the voices just refused to be ignored. She'd never been thanked for her efforts before. It's just my job, she almost said. After all, she never would have come here to rescue him if she wasn't being paid to do so. But something stopped her from saying it that way. "You're welcome," she said instead. "I'm just glad we both got out of there in one piece."

A few minutes later Elessar had fallen asleep. When he "Awoke"we was in a room with his father. "Will you just GO AWAY already..."He said to Ravondir "Of course not son." "Then atleast explain why you only used me as a tool in a shed?!" "You are no tool. I only wish for what is best for you son...You should know that" "I...I am not your son!"With that he equipped his bow and shot Three arrows at his father. He then truly woke up. "Ugh. Gotta hate dream conversations"He muttered to himself. He then saw an island in the distance. "Hmm" "We may as well go there for now."

Blake did her best to stay awake for the ride, not wanting to lose consciousness until she was safely on the ground. Still, she managed to nod off every once in a while along the way, and her dreams were unclear and tormented, contorted memories overshadowed by the insane voices. Adam's voice was predominant, but his words were muffled. She thought it had something to do with the continued scent of salty air, trying to jog her lost memories but unable to fully grasp them past all the raging voices. She jerked herself back to full wakefullness at the sound of Elessar's voice and looked at the island he was pointing to. She would have preferred to keep going, but she considered that the dragon's endurance might not keep him going that long, so she nodded in assent. After landing, she quickly hopped down the the ground. Being that close to someone for so long made her quite uncomfortable; it didn't help that the other person was a man.

(May as well end this) After half an hour of healing Argetgarm and sleeping for the rest of that time they were finally ready to go. Elessars ears twitched as he heard a twig snap. He grabbed a rock checked the wind and threw the rock just in front of where he heard the twig. Just seconds later his response came,An arrow then flew at his left arm penetrating his shoulder."Gah!" he shouted out of pain. He drew his Bow and shot a single arrow into the brush as he saw a familiar figure walked though. "You really are that persistent huh dad?"he said gripping Rakr "Looks like this time I actually have to kill you.
