Era was unsure about this new place. Unsure about everything that had happened since she had met arya. Her concerns must have radiated off her because Fireyor responded and said, 'Everything is going to be all right Era, trust me' Era looked to where Fireyor sat beside her she could trust him with her life, but what if this time he was wrong? 'But what if your wrong?' she asked 'What if they won't accept me?' Fireyor made a deep sound in his throat - laughter and answered, 'You'll be fine, with your charm they won't stand a chance.'

"C'mon!" KiNok called out as he moved around the waist deep water naked as the day he was born. He was clearly the object of teasing as other riders and mages were tossing around his swimming pants. Poor KiNok seemed the monkey in the middle. KiNok did not really stand out to much at first glance. He looked like any other young man his age with a generic appearance with no special quality's. But as he darted out his hands in attempt to get his pants back it became clear he was not quite ordinary. The only real way to describe it was his hands were magically altered to look like a dragons. He also had a tail. But that was under the water line at the moment.
KiNok forced out a laugh to show he was no poor sport. "Alright everybody, you got me good. Can I have my pants back?" With that one young man got out the water and tossed the pants into the low branches of a tree. "Really!?" Kinok exclaimed and threw his arms into the air. "Really you guys, not cool!" Blushing red at the face from all the laughter directed at him the young mage made his way to the natural hot springs edge. Just as he was about to climb out he noticed a new face. "Um excuse me" He called out and waved a hand. "Can you help me out here please" With that said he pointed a black talon at the swimming pants on a low branch.
The others in the water did not seem to mind the new face and called out. "Make him get it!" KiNok wondered if this girl would give into peer pressure or help him out. Hot spring or not. Winter was just starting to set in and the air was cold. Being exposed to the air would be uncomfortable to say the least.

I step on to the pier from the boat after the long trip. Over the three or so month trip my metallic midnight blue dragon has grown to immense sizes, surprising even me, and nearly caused the boat to capsize a few times during some storms. I take a deep breath and look around at the gigantic structures around me in awe /* Zurhazz.. Do you see this? */. The dragon, who had just launched off the boat and landed in the street with a gentle, but heavy, thud nods to me /* Yes Zash.. It is quite a sight to behold */ I look to the dragon, even his resounding voice surprises me, it's deep as an ocean and rolls like a thunderstorm in the night /* I suppose we should start toward the academy? It seems like the most likely place to meet someone here */. My dragon bows it's head and sniffs the air /* That is most likely, yes. Just be very careful.. You know about the Shade-imposter's upbringing, they will be very wary of you because of your appearance */ I nod to Zurhazz and make my way to the academy doors, not exactly sure what to expect from this New Doru Arabea yet.

Do not play with the dark side of matters, for they will turn you against yourself.

Darkla, riding her dark dragon Valley, appeared from the top of one of the Vroengard mountains. She let out a howl, then Valley let out a magnificent, death defying roar. Darkla had been on Vroengard for years, almost her whole life. She was shipped there when she was only two, and now she was fourteen and an elven Dragon Rider. Valley soared over Doru Arabea, her shadowed, large body casting an eerie darkness upon patches of land. Suddenly, Darkla stood up from Valley's saddle and head-first dived off of her dragon. "Letta!" She shouted, her body suspended above the entrance to the academy. She released her spell, gracefully landing in a crouch on top of the ancient stone archway. Moments later, Valley roared and dived for the ground, pulling up at the last second, then she flapped backwards to slow her landing. She settled with a dull yet satisfying 'thud'. Darkla stood up, her dark hair hiding half of her face, "Newcomers." She growled, jumping down from the tall archway and making her way over to Valley. "Good work Valley." She looked at the dragon and scratched under her chin before jumping onto her saddle and disappearing once more, over one of the mountains.

Their conversation was interrupted when a young man said, "Um excuse me, Can you help me out here please" He was obviouslytalking to her. He pointed with a hand to a tree where hung some swimming trunks, and she saw with surprise that he had talons insead of hands. Other boys jeered at to to let him get it himself, but she ignored them and went to get him the trunks. Appalled at the very thought of making him do it himself. taking the shorts off the tree went to give it to him, some boys made movements to stop her, but quickly moved away when Fireyor growled at them. Quickly she handed him the shorts and then adverted her eyes. waiting for him to finish. After he had put them on she looked back at him and said, "My name is Era, what is yours?"
Suddenly Fireyor trumpeted and reached out his mind to the blue dragon, curios, as he had seen very little of others of his kind. 'Hello' he said to her, and then Era's eye was caught by a male elf, and because she had spent much of her time alone, and did not know what he was, gestured to him to come over. before she could introduce herself to him, however, a huge roar sounded that hurt her ears. An elf and her dragon landed near them and Era smiled, though a bit nervously, and before she could say a word the elf disappeared over the mountains.
(OOC: Sorry it took so long, Busy with other sites, busy with real life, busy with a lot of things, should be more active now.)

OCC: No worry's. We all know life comes first

The young mage let out a small sigh of relief as the young lady retrieved his pants. The whole situation felt awkward as he took his clothing from her outstretched hand. KiNok gave a weak and sheepish thank you. After concealing himself he did not respond right away to the nice lady who helped him. Instead he just held up a talon to indicate one moment and climbed out of the hot spring with his dirty brown patterned tail gliding out behind . "I'm...."
Stopping dead in his words he darted his head to look at one of his friends starting to climb out of the water. Putting a dragon like hand on the boys forehead KiNok shoved him back into the water with a splash. Giving the young lady his full attention again he smiled. "I'm KiNok, its real nice to meet you. Finally a new face around here. I was getting tired of looking at them" Naturally his friends all had there own words to say to that and KiNok just simply smiled and gave everyone in the hot spring the one fingered salute. "Love you guys to"
Taking a towel out of his bag on the ground KiNok draped it around him to rest on the shoulders. Taking a long strand of tattered cloth he then started to wrap it around his dragon like hands. Being as gloves were not practical, it made sense. "Wow!" KiNok exclaimed as he looked to the green dragon. No doubt the girls bonded. "I never got to see one this close before" The young mage seemed generally interested. But his body posture indicated caution. KiNok knew the dangers of dragons and his mind lingered on a memory where he saw wild feral dragons feasting on the corpses of dead humans.
Still keeping a smile on his face he pulled his tail up between his legs to hold it in his hands. Playing with his own tail in a nervous fashion KiNok opened his mouth to speak. But the sudden trumpeting sound from the dragon made him dart behind a tree with unnatural speed leaving his towel on the ground. He may not have been ripped like a soldier and scrawny. But KiNok could move quickly and quietly like the best of assassins. He was quite the flighty lizard.
