Character's attitude:(Wow this hard) He is extremely cunning,witty,deceptive,and mischievous.He enjoys chaos even more so than his son, but sometimes carries out his plans in a different manner.Kaylayn might seem brutal but when you anger Lokierm Kaylayn seems like a toddler(though its really hard to anger him).
He is also crazy he has fun with everything he does and has a love for dramatics.He will change topics sometimes or say something random but don't let it fool you he can control his mind to the finest degree and doesn't need to speak to use magic.

Character's appearance:He is the same height as his son and his hair is exactly the same.His birth tattoos are more extensive(he has them on his chest and arm but they also spiral around his forearm the side of his cheek).He either doesn't wear a shirt or he wears his coat and cape.It is made from the scales and hide of a dragon he killed and he still has some left over.He might be crazy but he is extremely beautiful by elven standards.

Weapons: He carries two rider swords one across his back and the other on his left hip.The one on his shoulder belonged to his dad and it red and its name is Fate's Lord.The other one is black and its name is Chaos.He stole it from the dead body of the rider he killed.
He has daggers hidden over his body,but he is strongest in magic.
Other Info:He loves to take advantage of his charm and charisma and uses it on women.He probably has other kids out there.Kaylayn and Lokierm don't know about each other.He has two wrist bands with four diamonds in each that hold tremendous amounts of energy.
History:As soon as he was born he was an oddity.He looked different then all the other elves and as a little kid he loved to beat the older elves in games of wit.As he grew older he could care less of the order of things and began causing trouble everywhere he went(some of that involved little babies but most of them are dead).He started to grow tired of Alagasiea after a little more than a thousand years so he decided to explore other places.He "borrowed" a red dragon egg and a ship.One rider and a large dragon came after him, but he was easily token care of.As of now I can't tell anyone what he did as he was gone but he came back once before and thats when Kaylayn was conceived.
Role Play Sample: Lokierm looked at his homeland and smiled as he sat on Jormungand's head.This isn't exactly how I remembered it but it shall do.Jorm looked upon this land for his second time since the last visit centuries ago.In his deep thundering voice he let out a tremendous roar.Lokierm laughed and swiftly climbed down his neck and fell on his saddle as they flew off.Jorm flew off into the direction of a group of islands he knew so well since he has visited them on many occasions.Lokierm let out a great laugh knowing that fun and chaos where coming.
occ:I know you want us to warn you about a cannon character but I didn't know the next time you would be on be on so I'm asking now.
occ2:He may be extremely powerful but he doesn't use it and flaunt it around and will only use it if he needs to.
