Character's name: Horton Buccaneer. Everyone on the ship calls him Dove.
Character's age: 25
Character's attitude: Dove is tough on the outside, a hardened sailor, and a good pirate. On the inside however, he is a fairly good guy. He likes Cara, but believes that shipboard romances cause problems, so he doesn't say a word more to her than neccessary.
Character's Race: human
Character's appearance:
He has a tattoo of an outlined dove on his right upper arm, thus his nickname.
Character's allegiance: Captain Walken and his crew
Weapons: A short, weatherstained broadsword mainly. Also whatever daggers and knives and such as can be found on hand during a fight.
Other Info: Gee...I guess he's a...pirate? lol
History: Horton was born an orphan in Kuasta, his father having abandoned his mother, and she having died in childbirth. He was homeless and poor, and no one took pity on him. He lived on the foothills of the mountains of the Spine nearby and stole his food for a living. When he was just ten, Captain Walken caught him stealing from his ship. Instead of lashing the boy and sending him away, he was rather impressed and kept him around. He proved an excellent pirate, and the others soon nicknamed him "Dove" for his tattoo. Despite his hard life, Dove has always had a soft spot for widows, orphans, and homeless, and always gave them provisions when he came across them. He has served on the Aurora for fifteen years.
Role Play Sample: Dove stared down the deck of the ship toward the Helmet just across. The sound of cannonballs and javalins echoed in the air. He saw the Cap'n giving Elle a talkdown about something, but he was too concentrated upon his task. They were almost close enough to board the other vessel. Dove knew the drill. Get to the other ship, take the crew captive, then search the ship for anything worth taking. If all went right, they would then send the crew and the Helmet off to the nearest port relatively unharmed and would make their quiet getaway. The problem was, things rarely went just right.
