Character's name: Roseth
Character's age: [who knows? old, probably. very old....]
Character's attitude: Calm, in most cases, but, on rare occasions, very independent. Roseth is not usually one to rush into battle without a plan, or her companion, Torad, but on some rare occasions she will. for example, if she meets up with someone she has had a [very, extremely, over the top, hot headed blow up volcano] bad experience with, she will argue, fight, rant, chant, rave and altogether torture the poor soul, that he will have wished he hadn't done whatever he had done. she is sort of an herbalist, but she puts more words into her soups and concoctions than into other people!
Character's Race: Human, sort of. not really sure what else. some people think she was part magic, the way she can cook up a spell.
Character's appearance: Roseth has light brown hair with several Gray streaks running through them. she normally wears something that can get really messy, and It is rarely ever that one sees her wearing something formal. the last time she did, well, was when she was young. very young. Roseth mostly wears her hair up in a bun, and no one really knows how long it is. she has green eyes, but some people say that her eyes where once blue, and that, to turn them Green, she sprayed a magical potion on them, making them able to do more than just see. some people say that she can look into ones soul.
Character's allegiance: Neutral, mostly, somewhat on the vardens side, but never for the empire.
Weapons: her horrible potions, in which nobody in their right mind would even go near her when she has them!
Other Info: She has a companion, not exactly a pet, called torad, a werecat.
Character's name: Torad
Character's age: [who knows? old, probably. very, very old....]
Character's attitude: lazy. intelligent, but enjoys naps more than afternoon walks. enjoys giving valuable information away.... for a price.
Character's Race: WereCat
Character's appearance: orangish-brownish colored fur, with long tufts of hair on the ends of the ears. has several odd brown markings on nose and paws. can transform into a shaggy boy with red hair, and a small dagger.
History: No one knows what kind of a childhood roseth had, but, that many years ago, she had just mysteriously appeared to a group of travelers on a long dusty road. the travelers invited her to stay with them a night, and she did, telling the wildest stories, and, when they had all gone to bed, stole all their herbs, roots, spices and mushrooms, which, seeing as the travelers where merchants, was alot. somewhere along the line, while she was in An elven city, she met Torad, and they stayed together, preferring not much other company. they traveled together from the elven city to the beor mountains, and from those, to several human towns, until she finally settled [for a short period of time] on the sharktooth island. she stayed for five, six years, then left, once again, to roam the spine. roseth stayed there to collecting herbs, as they were plentiful. she went to surda, as, at the time, that was were her medical skills were most needed. after that she traveled to the varden. she has been there the longest so far,and is still there now. torad also likes the varden, so they may not move again for a while.
Role Play Sample: It was a hot afternoon day. Roseth was humming as she threw in some shade petals into a pot that was steaming green, frowned, then, took some burdock root, crumpled it up, and threw it also into the pot. Torad walked into the door of the hut-like abode, yawned, and curled up into a ball under a chair, closing his eyes. Roseth sighed, and prodded his mind awake with hers. Torad. she said while stirring the contents of the pot. hrgmmff was all she got. Roseth sighed again, a little louder this time, and torad lazily pocked open an eye. what is it? he yawned sleepily. did you get that message to angela? Roseth asked. Torad cocked his head. yes. she said she would have it to you tomorrow. Torad answered, then closed his eyes. not so fast! what took you so long to get back? Roseth demanded. must I tell you everything? torad grumbled. very well. I met an interesting horse by the name of snowfire, and we struck up a friendly conversation. Horses are really quite the small talkers. sorry to have kept you waiting and all that. now, good afternoon! with that, torad closed his mental link, shut his eyes, and, in a few minutes, started snoring. Roseth shook her head, and went back to making her potion.
