Race: Shade
Bio:
Zalom was once a promising young mage, Zalom was his teacher's prized student. He even accompanied his teacher on a quest to stop his friend and fellow student from finding a dark book that contained the souls of a dark wizard and his trapped followers. Although they were too late in stopping his friend Zalom did manage to best his friend but only at a great cost, his teacher allowed Zalom to deplete all of his own life force to stop the first Wyrmking from rising. Seeing his teacher dying, Zalom turned to the book he believed he could control the spirits and save his teacher. But as he opened the book it was apparent otherwise, the spirits took over Zalom to the core, forcing his own soul into the darkest corners of his mind. The spirits now control Zalom's body and through the book learn new spells such as eternal life (A promise one of the spells made) the cost was simply human souls, something he found himself surrounded by. Using the book first on his own family he absorbed their souls into his body. Giving him their years but forever blackening his own soul and conciousness beyond redemption. Then he focused on enslaving the rest of his town and raising up a keep. On his second raid a small village outside of the spine, Zalom left one boy alive on accident. Thinking nothing of it he scarred him with twisted black flames and threw the boy into his own forge and set it ablaze with the same spell he used to torture him. Thinking he left him to die Zalom returned to his keep.

Long black hair that appears like tendrals of shadow more then wisps of hair.
Height: 6'0
Eyes:
Black originally were blue but his taint changed them to black
Personality:
Selfish, corrupt
Faction: Neutral, he works on his own and hopes to rule the lands one day.

Dark Magic, and necromancy
Role play sample:
Zalom sat in his tower hearing the droning of his slaves in their constant work. He had taken away all personality from them so they wouldn't ever betray him or think outside of his cause. One of his Captains entered his hold reporting his findings in the mines just south of his keep. "My liege" he said in a most unpleasant monotone voice. "The mine contains much iron deposits and further in it seems some of our spies have found what seems to be traces of gold. However, my lord the Varden are using the mines for themselves..." "What if it?" Zalom questioned in his many voices crowded together. "Slay them all and begin the mining. That will be all captain" he hissed "These drones anger me...sometimes I wish I would have left the capability for them to think on their own." Slowly the necromancer's head fell back down to his book in search of new black arts to learn.
