Greetings everyone, I just have one question, when my charcter is accepted (if he's accepted) when I rpg do i go to the locations given in the rpg like Du Weldenvarden for example if thats where my charcter is?

Usually when u post a thread you post it in the location that its set it BUT your Characters they can move from place to place with in that thread
So if you Post a thread in Du Weldenvarden theres nothing stopping you from having your character travel to a location in the empire and Rping within that same thread.

I'm new, too. I found this site in a Google search trying to remember what Argetlam means and stumbled onto this and was excited, but now I'm not, 'cause it looks like no one has used this website in over a year....

It's still active. It's just very slow at the moment because most of the staff has been busy for several months.

True, but that is because there have been little interest in those areas of the world. Most of the concentration has been in the canon parts of Alagaesia. (Du Weldenvarden, Haddarac Desert, etc.) Most of the places that haven't been used are simply because our characters just haven't gone there, and have had no reason to. If you go to the main page and scroll down, you can see the latest posts on each board and the date they were posted. Many of them have only been a few months ago, and again that is partially because the staff has had an uber busy semester/quarter.
