So, this is a character that I've had on my mind for a long time; in fact, I think I invented her pretty soon after I started my Let's Play of Oblivion around two or three years ago. She probably would have been Katriana if I hadn't made Katriana. lol

Character's name: Kailah Auroran
Character's age: 296
Character's attitude: Haughty, proud, cunning, a touch cruel. She believes that her race has gone soft over the centuries, and the other races are beneath her notice. She despises the thought that most of Alagaesia has been given over to humans, and the dwarves are a blight upon the land, not even to mention the brutish Urgals. Kailah believes that the entire world belongs to the elves by rights, and even the dragons should bow down before them. Using the same slow, thoughtful movements that her people use with their general politics, Kailah has been acting upon a plan over the course of centuries that will one day place her on a throne to rule over all Alagaesia, and the lands beyond.
Character's Race: elf
Character's appearance:
Kailah towers at nearly eight feet tall, with gaunt features, deep orange eyes, and long silver hair that is pinned to the side. She wears steel armor that protects her entirely.
Character's allegiance: To the world, Shade Uprising. In truth, herself.
Weapons: Kailah uses a magically reinforced wooden spear that has a vaguely trident-shaped head. She channels magic through it, which makes her strikes more powerful and deadly. She also uses magic very well without it, and is keenly adept as summoning lightning, and convincing creatures to obey her will.
History: Kailah was born and raised in the city of Kirtan, an elven city near the boarder of the desert. She spent the first half of her life in the peace of the first order of the Riders. After that, Galbatorix lead his uprising, killing Vrael and sending her people into hiding. Kailah was most outspoken about fighting back. After all, Galbatorix was a human, Rider though he may be. Against their entire nation, including Oromis, he surely couldn't stand a chance. However, to her disappointment, Islanzadi and her advisors would not be moved by her arguments. They waited, even as their lone dragon egg was lost. They waited, even after a new young Rider--again, a human--was revealed. By the time the elves moved into action, Kailah had lost her faith in them. They had all grown soft and fearful. They were weak in her eyes, and she no longer trusted them. She kept her peace as they finally went to open war against the mad human. Kailah witnessed the deaths of both Oromis and Islanzadi, again outraged that they were felled by humans, assisted as they were, she later learned, by the Eldunari. This only served to further her belief in elven superiority, as the humans had to rely upon the power of multiple dragons in order to slay them.
She was met with disappointment again when another human was chosen to rule over Alagaesia. Arya was at peace with them, but withdrew most of their kind back to Du Weldenvarden, sending a few to Bromsland to be trained by the Riders. This would not do for Kailah, and she began plotting to herself how she would one day take the thrones of Alagaesia, Du Weldenvarden, Farthen Dur, and Ismalia, and rule over all the lesser races with an iron fist. It is a careful, meticulous plan, and one of the most recent steps has been to ally herself temporarily with the Shade Rider.
Role Play Sample:
Kailah gazed out over the gathered races that stood together under the sweltering desert sun. There were a few of her kind included among the sprawling army, but there were just as many humans, dwarves, and Urgals. The sight disgusted her, even more than the fact that she had to grovel before the human-turned-Shade that commanded them. Still, it was a necessary step in her grand scheme. It seemed to her that Katriana was destined not to win this war. She did not maintain trust among her followers very long, and love was something even more difficult to obtain. Still, Kailah saw it as advantageous to ally herself with the creature for the time being. Assist the Shade in weakening the nations, and that weakening would eventually allow all the kingdoms to fall into her own waiting hands.
