Kalri loosened her grip on him as he told her. "I'm sorry." she said feeling foolish. She lowered her gaze to the forest floor as they walked. Suddenly she heard a low growl as something crashed through the forest toward them, without thinking she grabbed the dagger inside her shirt as if from instinct and loosed it toward the sound. A wolf fell dead beneath her blade which had hit him squarely between the eyes. Kalri looked at Caleb. "It seems I have much to rediscover about myself." The reaction had felt good to her. Very familiar. 'Am I a warrior?' she wondered.

"Good shot, although I think he would've went on past us." Caleb said, worrying over the death of the animal. "You shouldn't kill anything unless you have to, that is the way of the Rider.".

Kalri looked to Caleb. Again he mentioned the Riders. Kalri looked at her palms. The black gedwey ignasia shown in sharp contrast on her skin. She stopped and looked into Caleb's eyes. "I am a Rider. Why can I not use magic? Don't all Rider's have magic?"

"Yes we do, but your not ready for magic yet." Caleb decided to tell her that she was in training so she wouldn't try.

Kalri accepted his explanation. "Oh I see. I guess that makes sense." She felt as though there was something he wasn't telling her. Putting it out of her mind, she continued with him to their destination. She continued to hold his hand. The feel of his hand within hers made her heart race. 'Who are you to me that you can make me feel this way?' she thought to herself.

Elyria looked back to Mar as he finished touching the girls mind. She watched as Caleb led Kalri off toward the stream. "Allright. What is going on?" She looked at him wanting an explanation but more than that, she wanted to feel his embrace again. She reached her hand out, placing it upon his shoulder as her passion began to rise within her. "I have missed you." she told him looking at him longingly.

Mar was worried about Kalri, she was acting so strange. She did not remember who she nor what she was supposed to be. Elyria's touch on his shoulder brought him from his disturbing thoughts. He looked back at her, longing to hold her in his arms again, alone with her.
"She is the king's daughter," he said with a sigh. "She got hit on the head and can't remember who she is. This can be a big problem. If she returns to her father like this, he will be quiet angry. As for us..." he trailed off, pulling her into his arms and kissing her. "I missed you too."

Caleb walked hand in hand with Karli thinking, "If she remembers, then I may be in serious trouble." but as he kept walking, he couldn't help but to push that thought to the back of his mind. "She wants to be with me now, and more than that, she can!" he thought happily.

Kalri enjoyed the feel of her hand within his. She looked at him softly with her eyes. "Exactly how close are we? You feel like I was more than a friend. Does that make any sense?"

Elyria returned his kiss with a passion. Pulling back from him, she looked into his eyes. "This is going to be complicated. One thing is for sure though. You will have to keep her away from the King, out of Uru'baen for now. What did you feel when you touched her mind?"

"Yes it does, and we were close, but we grew apart and now we've found each other again." Caleb lied. He wanted to be with her so bad that he couldn't help himself

Mar thought for a moment, remembering how her mind felt.
"Different. She wasn't full of confusion and darkness. There was a balance between the light and dark. She was at peace. I've never felt her mind that at ease." He closed his eyes, lightly touching Elyria's mind. He kissed her, pushing her against a nearby tree. 'I missed you,' he thought, kissing her passionately and holding her tightly.

Kalri relaxed. "I am glad then that we found each other again." She pulled him closer to her as they walked, laying her head upon his shoulder.

Elyria heard what Mar had said but then felt him kiss her passionately as her back came against a tree. She embraced him wildly as the feelings from that special night came flooding back into her mind as if it was yesterday. The force of them warmed her skin everywhere he touched her.

Working from the base of her neck, Mar kissed her until he reached her lips. He tripped over a root, falling to the ground. He pulled her with him as he fell, Elyria landing on top of him.

Elyria didn't break from her embrace with Mar as they fell. As they came to rest upon the ground, she continued to kiss passionately as she rolled him over ontop of her. 'I missed you deeply!' she thought across their minds.

Kalri's heat quickened as he kissed her. She stopped and turned in front of him. Pulling him closer to her, she raised her head and gently kissed his lips.
