Love is a Battle Worth Winning

Baviel let out a tired chuckle from Marie's comment before she slipped away from him once more. Picking himself up he walked alongside his love as they went towards the tree that Marie had mentioned where some bee's nested.

As they reached the tree Baviel watched with awe as Marie climbed the tree towards the hive. When she reached the hive he stood against the tree whistling a merry tune while he watched Marie get a honey comb piece outta the hive. He smiled softly as Marie finished her business with the hive including the repairs to the opening and watched as she descended to the ground with both grace and care.

When she landed on solid ground he watched the honey comb she held up for him to see watching the light from the sun bounce around in the liquid like as if the liquid was rather a solid gem.

Smiling still Baviel returned his gaze towards Marie and said, "A lovely piece you picked love, but as lovely as it is you still outshine it and the sun even." he chuckled before walking close to her then asked, "Shall we prepare our snack?" he held out his hand for her to cling to as he gestured towards their dragon companions smiling with warmth.

OOC: Nah, It makes sense either way. Bleh, short post. There wasn't much to write.

A noticeable blush creeped up Marie's cheeks and she smiled. "If there are any herbs around here we could make herb leaf rolls." Marie said while holding Baviel's hand. Marie spotted a mint plant behind Baviel's foot. "Would you enjoy mint leaves? Don't step back, you'll crush the plant."

Amber cleaned a spot of dirt off her scales, and noticed a scale was missing from her hide. It would grow back, but that would take time. For now, it was a bother. The spot was small, and on the side of her neck. Amber let it be and stretched her wings.

OOC: I found a fun, free, no-download, game online that you might like if you don't already play. It's called "Dragons of Atlantis". Search that if you want to play. It's not a good idea to give them your credit card number to buy "rubies" for the game. Good game, bad company.
