Love is a Battle Worth Winning

Aha so that's how they wanted to play., thought Shiroryuu as he saw Amber and Midnight pass him. As he began speeding up towards Amber he noticed Midnight slowing behind him and began laughing in a draconic manner as he sped towards the cloud Amber sped in to. When they entered the cloud, Baviel smiled to himself as he felt his bonds excitement of the race and began to close his eyes to reflect on anything he felt he was forgetting.

As they flew onward, Shiroryuu flew above Amber wondering if she can see him as he flew as fast as her. After a little Baviel asked his bond to lower him down, As he did he unstrapped himself from the saddle and began standing on the saddle and called to Marie, "Prepare for this!" and began walking up his bonds neck, grabbing his neck spikes for balance then jumped off his bond, pushing forward so as to land on Amber's saddle. At least he hoped anyway. As he descended downward he began spreading his arms and legs out like a star to descend slower.

Marie glanced up as she heard the whoosh of a dragon's wings, and looked back to see a white glint and Baviel coming on his bond. Marie rasied an eyebrow as Baviel climbed up his bond's neck, then grinned when he leaped off toward Amber. "Oh, so that's what you're doing."

Amber slowed so she would not go too far ahead of the skydiving Baviel. Marie noticed that Amber was a bit to the side of Baviel's path. "Move this way a bit." Marie pointed the correct way in which to catch Baviel. Amber flew the way Marie pointed and felt a light thud just a bit behind the saddle. Marie looked back at him. "You may want to hold on." She quickly turned around and grinned, and Amber did a fast downward spiral.

As Baviel landed on Amber's saddle he saw Marie turn to look at him and grin while saying to hold on tight. Before he could find a proper thing to hold on to, he felt Amber dive in a spiral decent. When he felt the fast decent he instinctively grabbed a hold around Marie's lower back and clenching his legs against the saddle.

After a little over a minute Baviel realized what he did and felt his cheek begin to warm up at how embarrassed he was. Well this is embarrassing... this might be a little to far in her personal space. Baviel kept his grip on Marie though sense that's the only thing he could really hold on to for safety, even if it was embarrassing he might as well sense if he let go it might end up bad for him. He sighed to himself then said, "What's Amber planning? I hope it's better then this."

Then he laughed while trying to hide his embarrassment. While Baviel was flying with Amber Shiroryuu was darting towards Amber off to the side, his wings tucked to his sides to gain momentum, watching as Amber began falling behind him roaring in joy at the feeling of the wind against him as he descended farther down while he mentally shook his head at his bonds embarrassment.

Marie felt Baviel suddenly hold on to her. She blushed a bit, hiding her face by looking forward. She didn't say anything, wanting to get past this akward moment. It really wasn't that bad, she maybe even... Marie stopped her own thoughts. What am I thinking? Baviel doesn't... Does he? In he in love with me? Marie shook away the thought. He's your friend, nothing more... Yet.
Marie, is there something more with you and Baviel? You know you could tell him how you feel. Marie blushed, she had forgotten Amber was listening.
It's nothing, I don't feel anything like that. Just friendship. Marie felt Amber's doubt and blushed once more.

After a moment Baviel said something. "Try this, then!" She yelled over the noise of the wind. Amber slowed a bit, and Marie slipped out of Baviel's arms, then leaped off the saddle. She smiled at the wind blowing her hair as she dived, then leveled herself out to fall slower. Amber started to turn upside down, then reached out to Baviel's mind. Time to jump, Baviel! Amber said with a mental grin. She and Marie had secretly planned this. When Marie and Baviel were off her back, Amber would dive down beside them, and once they had fallen for a bit, Amber would catch them.

Baviel looked at Marie with a curious look when she said to try this. When he was about to ask what they had in mind, he felt Marie slip out from under him and noticed Marie was jumping off the saddle. After becoming a little more confused he felt Amber's mind in his, her excitement obvious, as she said it was time to jump as she turned upside down.

Baviel barely reacted in time to let go of the saddle and push off before she flew completely upside down as he thought, What are they planning? Letting the thought go he then started spreading his arms and legs out to slow his decent while trying to keep up with Marie. When he was close enough he yelled, "What are you two scheming!" while giving her a partially excited look, while wondering if Amber noticed his embarrassment in their quite brief contact. He hoped not, sense Amber would most likely share it with Marie.

The thought made his face turn red while turning away trying to make sure Marie didn't see it. Shiroryuu flew towards Amber when Baviel took off from her saddle and flew beside her asking, Has your rider been acting a little... different to a sense? flying with easy flaps to keep the speed enough to stay with her while keeping some vision on the riders to be safe.

Marie did a graceful twirl in the air. She loved the feel of the wind on her face. She was aware of Baviel, who was falling closer. She grinned when he asked her what they had planned. "I bet you would like to know!" She teased. Before Baviel could reply, she closed her arms beside her and dived down farther. He must be very confused right now.

Amber was about to dive after her rider when Shiroryuu asked her about Marie. Yes, but if I told you what is going on, Baviel would know. Now, if you excuse me, I must go. Amber pressed her wings against her, and dived. Her greater weight allowed her to gain speed quicker, and soon she was beside Marie. Amber extended her wings a bit to not pass her. Marie flipped over and fell belly up. She saw Baviel further up, and smiled.

Jason was watching the cloud when he saw two small figures and Amber come out.
What on earth are they doing? Jason wondered.
It seems to me that they are leaping for the joy of the rush. Midnight watched them dive. I do it sometimes... Midnight's thoughts trailed off. Jason shook his head with a laugh. He soon found himself thinking of Marie, then smoothed his hair back nervously when Midnight gave him an amused mental grin.You may want to be careful with those feelings. We have mental contact, you know.
Right... Jason thought, embarrassed.

Baviel looked at Marie with excitement as she dove down, following suit a little after she did, letting gravity take over as he dove to try and catch up to her. As he dove he was thinking about what the two of them were planning, sense they wouldn't explain it to him, he would just have to wait and see what they were up to when it shows up.

He then saw Amber dive past him and flew at the same level as Marie. He then saw Marie flip over to have her face him and thought, hmmm.... what is she up to... He slowed his decent as he got closer to her, seeing her smile at him, and called out once more, "What are you planning you sly elven maiden you?!"

Shiroryuu rolled his giant eyes at Amber's reply and dove after her to try and keep up, not sure exactly what she meant by her comment, as he waited to see what will happen between the three of them while wondering where Midnight and Jason were. He slowed his dive as he got a little past both the riders in their decent waiting patiently to see what will happen.

Marie laughed a bit when Baviel aked once more what was going on. She winked and said, "You will see soon enough." Amber, beside her, closed her wings, and flew down far below them. Then she opened her wings to stop falling, and hovered in the spot. Marie tilted to be in the right position. Then, she angled herself toward her bond. When Marie was close enough, she landed in the saddle and settled herself in. Marie looked up to see in Baviel would land, too.
If he misses. Amber told Marie. I will catch him with my feet.
Just don't claw him.
I will make sure not to.

Baviel felt his cheek warm up when he saw Marie wink at him, and then barely heard her say that he would soon find out. He sighed and gave up trying to find out and merely watched Amber dive far below them, hovering then in place waiting for Marie it seemed like. He then saw Marie angle herself towards her bond and land on the saddle getting situated properly after landing.

After that he saw her angle her head upwards in a apparent look at him, and wondered if she was thinking about him landing on the saddle or not. He shrugged and laughed to himself as he dove towards them, occasionally angling to get himself correctly in place. When he thought it was right he straightened out and slowed a little to avoid injury as he landed on the saddle, wincing as his knees hurt slightly from landing.

After shaking off the pain he settled on the saddle poking Marie's shoulder while chuckling to himself saying, "That was fun. Anything else you had planned?" Smiling with excitement as he waited for the next possible trick up her sleeve.

Marie watched as Baviel landed. He saw him wince a bit, but didn't ask about so to not embarass him. She probably should have remebered that humans are more vulnerable. Amber flew onward with a gentle flap, moving slowly so they might speak. Marie felt a poke on her shoulder, and Baviel asked what she was doing next. Amber looked back at Baviel with an amused look when she read Marie's mind.
This will be good. Amber blinked. Marie grinned.
"I don't know." Marie gave a sly look. "How about..." Marie whispered a spell too quietly for Baviel to understand that would levitate him. She made sure to add a few words to make him follow over Amber. "This!"

Baviel tilted his head in curiosity when she mentioned something, then a low murmuring coming from Marie, finally he was going to ask when he heard her say, "This!" and still wondered what she meant. After a brief second he noticed he was a lot higher compared to Marie, he looked down, and noticed he was floating over where he once sat.

He briefly panicked then noticed he was following them still, just merely floating along, then yelled out, "Well well, you are quite clever Marie, you had me going for a second you sly elven maiden!" Baviel shifted his weight a little to try and float on his back, if it will allow him to, and just gaze at the sky ahead of him humming a different, but merry, tune his father taught him to use when he was giddy and needed to do something.

After a little bit of humming he looked down at Marie and said, "May I get down now, or do I have to get you up here?!" pointing in front of him to show what he meant. Shiroryuu flew at a distance beside Amber watching his rider float above Amber, shaking his head at how his bond was willing to allow Marie to do that, but gave a draconic laugh at his bond knowing full well Marie wouldn't let him come to harm. He decided to keep up with Amber sense he lost the urge to beat the two dragons in a race.

Marie let out a laugh when Baviel started to float above Amber. "Having fun up there?" She teased. She let out another laugh when Baviel asked to come down. "I might just leave you up there! I wonder if it would work when Amber turned upside down!" She teased again. Marie watched him float on his back for a bit. Then gave a laugh and a shrug. Marie realeased the magic from the spell, and muttered another spell to make his decsent slower.
That was the best one yet. Amber thought, amused. Marie grinned.

Baviel went back to a floating stand at Marie's comment to keep him up where he was, rolling his eyes to himself, and yelled down to her, "If you did I would bring you along with me!" He then chuckled to himself wondering on the thought on the spell she casted, and wondered if it really would work if Amber flipped over. Now that is something I wouldn't dare someone to try... the thought of that can be quite unpleasant. he shrugged and waited for a little to see if Marie was going to follow up on her 'threat'. After a few seconds he looked down towards Marie and noticed he was slowly falling back into the saddle. Interesting she decided to not do so. phew. he sighed in silent relief as he eventually landed back on the saddle. When he sat down and got situated he hugged Marie while chuckling saying, "That was fun what's your next scheme?"

Marie smiled and said, "...What if I turned your face blue?" She laughed. "Kidding. I'm done for now, unless you want me to 'torture' you all day."
"What are you two up to?" Jason said from on top of Midnight, who was flying over.
"Stuff." Marie said.
"Stuff." Jason mocked. Marie reached in her bag, taking out a small twig. Then she threw it at Jason's shoulder. Jason leaned to the side to avoid the twig.
"Where did that come from?" He asked, laughing.
"Not sure, I saw it in there." Marie grinned.

OOC: actually that would be cool be a change for once XD been trying to think on what to do to get a good avatar pic that suits well and such XD that would help me out

Baviel gave Marie a curious look when she said she could turn his face blue and then laughed with her when she said she was merely kidding. it'd be interesting if she did so, I would of probably turned her skin frost white or emerald green as a counter tease. he laughed mentally at the thought then looked at Marie at her comment on if he wanted her to 'Torture' him more then laughed saying, "Hey you're idea of torture is quite funny to me, keep torturing me if you wish, but I will probably counter your tease with my own."

He laughed to himself as he heard Jason asked what they were up to, letting Marie explain sense he would have a hard time explaining between his growing embarrassment and laughter. He turned his head towards Jason, still smiling from laughter, and heard him mocking Marie's comment of what they were up to and rolled his eyes and yelled out, "If Marie wanted you to know Jason I'm sure she would be more then willing to share."

He laughed once more as Marie somehow brought out a twig and threw it at Jason. He shrugged to himself and hummed the tune his mother sang to him letting himself relax on the saddle and enjoy the flight for a little.
